Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
By all credible accounts Howard was a nuisance. Teenage kids don't like guys like this. Larry said in that Bravo special(nuisance wasn't his exact word) but he implied that Anna thought Howard was a nuisance and he (Larry) didn't want to say anything to her about it because it was her house and he didn't feel he had the right to say anything.
Larry also mentioned it another time and said that although HKS was always in Annas face, Anna felt sorry for him and couldn't bring herself to do anything about it.
And of course there's that ultimate nuisance of them all: coming into the bedroom and sitting on the bed when Larry and Anna were in bed together. Is that Howards idea of birth control? And that creeps me out when i think that maybe Larry isn't telling the whole truth. i.e. Maybe Howie would even walk in on them at, ehem, the wrong time..

But you know, altho i'm only goofing around, some of these psychos really do have wierd idiosyncratic behavioral patterns. Remember Scott Peterson thing was he'd always bring roses, champagne, and strawberries with chocolate dipping sauce to his first dates. Not that there's anything wrong with that. But it was part of his method of catching/seducing a woman. Sometimes these things become an obsession with these psychos which they cannot control. Maybe if we put our heads together we can figure out what the behavioral obsession was with HKS. We know he was obsessed with Anna in some way. I think most of us agree he is mentally sick. But was there something that he did repetitively??
Both Mo and Taz were adamant about being there as friends. Wonder what model Rolex they got??

ROTFLMAO! I didn't even read the whole thing yet. My daughter is a huge Seinfeld fan, and I sent her that website about a month ago. It's pretty good.

Distraught former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith was forced to sell photos of her son Daniel Smith taken the night before he died in order to pay for his funeral expenses. The family portraits were taken in a hospital room in the Bahamas two days after the birth of Anna Nicole's daughter and hours before her 20-year-old son was found dead. Photo agency Getty Images sold the photos to US publication In Touch for $400,000 after a fierce bidding war. According to In Touch executive editor Dan Wakeford, "We purchased the photos, beating the competition. The photos were extremely emotive, and our readers are incredibly intrigued by this story." Wakeford says the images show "a perfectly healthy young man." While it is unclear what portion of the proceeds will go to Anna Nicole, a source tells American publication Us Weekly that the devastated star sold the pictures in order to pay for her son's funeral. The source says, "She needs the money." Getty Images claims that a portion of the profits from the sale of the photos will go to a charitable foundation to be set up in Daniel's name. His body remains at Butler's Funeral Home in the Bahamas and won't be released to the family until the investigation into his death is complete.

Scott did that, too: going fishing 90 miles away from home, the dog on the leash scenario, the large insurance policy.
Criminals never seem to realize that creating evidence says everyone around him/her will be in a certain place at a certain time.
That's why there is no such thing as a perfect crime....BUT the legal system has enough loopholes that very bad people do get away with certain crimes.
I agree lots of hints can be found by studying clues in murder cases. Can be interesting.
In this case, I'm not yet convinced that Howard did foul play.
The drugs seemed to have killed both Daniel and Anna. I don't think (yet) that Howard gave them drugs to intentionally kill them, but he apparently helped in having drugs available at the house all those years.
And seems like someone on a TV interview said they saw Howard do drugs too. (Hate to post hearsay, but think it's necessary to show drugs were part of their recreation.)
Looks like "Anna's Wishes" was to set up a foundation in Daniel's name. Since this would be a contract, it should be written somewhere.
Info from outside sources (Daniel's friends) may be the reason the inquest got some steam.

LINDA VIRGILL, BAHAMAS CORONER: We are going to move quite quickly in holding the inquiry, and that will take place at the end of October. So at that time, all matters leading to cause of death and also cause (ph) of death will then be revealed in the coroner`s inquest.
On examination of the body, there are no injuries, visible injuries to the body, no physical injuries. You see, in all of these things -- and that is why we need an inquest, because you need -- though you have the medical cause of death, we need legally to have the legal cause of death. So when I use the word, "no external injury," we`re talking about physical injuries.

WAKEFORD: It seems that she jumped the gun. She made a decision that it was suspicious circumstances before the toxicology reports were in.

And Anna Nicole had been -- brought a lot of attention to Trimspa. I had frankly never heard -- no offense -- had never heard of Trimspa until Anna Nicole Smith became your spokeslady. Did you -- were you familiar at all with him having a heart problem?
ALEX GOEN, CEO, TRIMSPA, FRIEND OF ANNA NICOLE AND DANIEL SMITH: Not at all. Never heard that whatsoever. He always looked very healthy, was always a quiet kid but a happy kid, and Anna never mentioned that, or neither has Howard.
GRACE: Alex, a lot of reports have stated he was sitting up in a chair, but you believe he was somewhere else at the time of his death.
GOEN: Well, initially, what happened is, Anna went to sleep in one bed, Daniel went to sleep in the other bed and Howard went to sleep on the floor. And in the middle of the night...
GRACE: The lawyer.
GOEN: The lawyer, correct. And in the middle of the night, they made some additional -- some changes. Daniel woke up. Anna had to go to the bathroom, and then I believe Anna and Daniel went to bed together...

Dan, the photos, the photos in "In Touch Weekly" that ran of Anna Nicole and her son -- he seems to be in very good spirits. And there`s been a lot of brouhaha about her making money off, as it is said, her son`s death photos. Weren`t there -- wasn`t there already an arrangement for the baby photos to be publicized?
WAKEFORD: Anna had already arranged to sell her baby photos and release them because she wanted to show off her new baby daughter.
GRACE: And in these photos, some of them Daniel is in them, some of them he`s not in them. So all this talk of her trying to make money off death photos of her own son is simply not true, according to you.
WAKEFORD: I think that`s totally not true. Anna has actually set up a fund for Daniel, and some of the money she`s got from these photos she`s contributing to that fund.

So did Daniel "fall over" or was ready to fall over while sitting bedside and Howard rearranged him so it appears that he was "sleeping with his mother??
Is that what the "I feel sleepy is about?"....Except it became misplaced by Howard in the interview.

DAN WAKEFORD, "IN TOUCH WEEKLY": Exactly. And that`s the question the investigators from the Bahamas are trying to find out. They`ve been spending time in California, talking to his doctors, talking to his friends, trying to find out where he got his methadone from.

I would like to know what time they all went to sleep that night? What time did Howard get into the other bed in the hospital room?
One problem with "creating evidence" is you better be damn sure their is no contradictory evidence. There's already some. From all these things that i personally believe he staged, something to the contrary will come out which will be blow his story right out of the water (npi).
It's interesting that water connection with Scott being "out on the boat" and HKS being "out on the boat". These two mamas boys seem to be playing by the same play book. Lacy was pregnant, Anna had already HAD her baby. Even tho i will have to be convinced that Howard didn't try to kill that baby while she was still in the womb via the drugs. I'm on this "criminal mentality" angle today.
Any other similarities btwn what SP did and what HKS "may or may not allegedly" have done?
Well there it is then? Let's just hope the Bahaman authorities (via Gibson et al) don't break down under HKS's pressure and stop cooperating with the CA authorities.

And then at one point, Daniel said to me, How come I`m so tired? and what did you put in my food Howard?
