Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Actually, the words "you know" would probably be enough to search further according to what his pattern was in the Larry King interview. And there's the matter of "time". We all have different habits. Are the emails early in the morning??? Are they at or about the same time?? You only need ONE conflict of "time" to throw them out.

STERN: After a while. I mean I was there. There was actually another friend of the family was in the room for awhile. And, after he left, we talked about all being hungry. And over here in the Bahamas not too many things are open that late.

I hadn't heard that before. Who was this "friend of the family." Is that Gibson? What did this person witness?

________

A source in the Bahamas coroner's office has said a witness will testify that Howard K. Stern, Anna's companion and lawyer, allegedly gave Daniel methadone. At the time of his death, Daniel had a combination of seven drugs in his system, including multiple anti-depressants and methadone.

NASSAU, Bahamas (March 2, 2007) -- Larry Birkhead will always have his former girlfriend Anna Nicole Smith on his back, literally.

Access Hollywood's exclusive interview with the photographer and former boyfriend of Smith revealed a cartoon impression of the late blonde bombshell, located just above his jean line.

"I have a tattoo on my back so I carry that around," he told Access. "It's a picture of Anna so wherever I go, she goes."

The tattoo was inked on Birkhead in December 2005 when he and Anna were still together. He got the body art in fact, at the insistence of the former Playboy cover star.

"I really didn't want a tattoo and then we argued about it forever," Birkhead told Access. "Then finally when I got to the point I wanted to do [it] because I wanted to, then finally she said 'Okay, don't worry about it.' Then I said 'I'll do it.'"

Birkhead said Smith actually helped him through the tattoo process, which for some can be painful.

"She held my hand when I got it because I'm just the biggest baby around -- needles and all that," he laughed. "At one point I was like going down for the count and she was feeding me orange juice and candy bars to try to get me to wake up. She's like ‘quit being such a baby. Quit being such a sissy.'"

The couple went home after the process and Birkhead said he removed the bandages before going to bed.

"When I got up the next morning, the imprint was on the sheets," he recalled. "She kept the sheets. She folded the sheets up and kept it because it had the exact picture of the tattoo, something she wanted to keep."

More than a constant reminder of Anna, Birkhead told Access he used to use the tattoo during lovers quarrels with Smith while they were dating.

"If I ever got mad at Anna – if I was at the beach or something, I'd wear surf shorts and I'd pull them up a little bit," he said. "She'd say ‘What are you doing trying to hide me back there.' It's crazy. It's something you do."

Birkhead's tattoo includes Anna's real signature.

Smith also had a tattoo of herself on her lower back. But the former couple shared more than just Anna Nicole inspired body art.

"We always had matching cross, diamond necklaces and I gave her mine," he said. "She was actually wearing it when she passed away."

i have no recollection of anything about George Costanza and the number 7.
_______________________________________________________

It was a good one - sorry you missed it. Briefly, George came up with the name "Seven" if he and Susan had a child. Then friends of Susan, a pregnant couple, decided to use the name for their newborn. George went apoplectic.

Whoa! Little let the Kat outta the bag. I wasn't all Trimspa that caused her to lose all the weight. Whoops! I trust what he's saying is true. And not all about selling ellipticals.

OK, don't laugh, but those last photos of her (especially the one in the big glasses) remind me of Elvis. They were both very swollen looking just before they died.

The most important thing that killed Elvis was the long list of "prescription" drugs that he ingested on a regular basis. Fourteen different drugs were detected in his blood stream, also included were toxic levels of methoqualone and ten times the normal dosage of codeine.

OK, like Nancy Reagan said: JUST SAY NO!

the Post should be ashamed to have printed 'cheap black dress' and 'she waddled.' No one edits anything anymore?

That is shameful. Almost as shameful as "Anna Nicole to look Drop-Dead Gorgeous in Tiara and Luxe Gown".

No, but what do readers think when they read "cheap black dress"? Are all their readers millionaires? Might'nt some of them have similar cheap dresses. I'm sure Virgie got the best dress she could afford. These people make me wanna vomit with their high falutant arrogance.

Thanks for the name. I THINK Shelly was asked if he knew her password during the time he was being questioned about the items taken in the 'break-in'. Pretty sure HKS was asked, also.

The court transcript would be a handy item!

LOL Yeah. We have a joint account of course. BUT all they asked for was routing number and account number. Not the name the bank account was in. We have had a small $20,000) policy on our oldest daughter to help pay for funeral expenses. She's 37 now and has had kidney failure since 1990. We had the policy before she was ill and have kept it up since then and paid the premiums out of our checking account. She would never have kept them up herself. We bought one back in early 1993 on our son and youngest daughter just out of the blue. Our son was killed that November in a car accident and we had the money to bury him. We had a call from the insurance company and they wanted to know cause of death since it had not even been a year since it was purchased. She was ready to go into illness blah blah, but when I told her car accident she was very sorry and very nice.

Are you telling me that these "highly paid sports figures" can't be insured because they do drugs or aren't in ABSOLUTE perfect health.

Not at all. But these higly paid sports figures KNOW about their insurance policies. My arguments were based on the premise that Anna did not know about hers. That they were possibly done behind her back.

Take away the drugs one at a time. Say, take away the methadone. Would the other drugs in Daniel have "killed him" IN 3 HOURS.....(maybe only 2 hours) or cause a seizure first or some other physical malady.

NO ONE has ever said whether Daniel's body was warm, stiff or whatever. The only words we have heard are "not breathing".....the exact same thing we are hearing about Anna. BUT in the earliest story Taz said Anna had blotches on her face.

"Howard was in a rush to get this out and Howard didn't realize that he had gotten into a few frames."

You are absolutely right. I saw Howard in them before, but not in the one they showed in the courtroom. I could be wrong, but I purposely looked for it so the judge would catch it.

"From inside the green tent that blocked the service from onlookers, a woman, believed to be Anna Nicole, screamed: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I don't want my husband, I want my son back. Leave me alone! Leave me alone, don't touch me!" She was obviously unable to be consoled.....but I wonder how this explosive expression by Anna Nicole at Daniel's funeral made Howie feel.

This is interesting. "I don't want my husband, I want my son back" is saying she was picking Daniel over Howard (who we can presume was the one trying to console her maybe saying something like "your husbands here, your husbands here. You still have me and Dannielynn").

Anna Nicole Smith's animal toilet
4th March 2007 17:00:49

http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/celebrity/Anna+Nicole+Smith-14300.html

Anna Nicole Smith once urinated in a pet litter tray, her friend has revealed.

Fashion designer Pol Atteu claims the late model-and-actress was once trapped on her bus during a promotional tour for diet pill Trimspa, and was so desperate for the toilet she relieved herself in a litter tray.

Atteu said: "We were driving and we got stuck when the electrics went out because the Tivo and the VCR caught on fire on the way to Nebraska. We were stuck inside because there were electric doors.

"We all needed the bathroom. Anna wanted to go first and she was like, 'Just hand me the tray.' We gave her the tray and she squatted and peed in it."

The designer also compared the former Playboy playmate's wild life to "a rollercoaster ride".

He said: "I've seen her naked more times than anyone else.

"I've done some crazy things - she always put me in awkward positions.

I knew it was genuinely just fun, because she knew I was in my element and it was just crazy. Being friends with Anna was like being on a rollercoaster ride."

Anna Nicole died on February 8 aged 39 after she was found unconscious in a Florida hotel room.

Take away................the best witness to the incident

Anna Nicole Smith

and you have no case for pre-meditated murder.

Neglient homicide/Manslaughter or murder?

That question might be answered when we get more info about the insurance policies.

But now it will be all Anna's fault. Plausible deniability. I think he will try to pin it on Daniel first somehow, but if pushed he will "confess" that Anna caused it to happen.

That's gonna be a hard sell. People are sympathetic to Anna now. They are suspicious about this whole string of events. Howie's backed into a corner. Sweating yet Howie?? Little nervous Howie?? Maybe you need something to calm you down?

One fact is not in doubt: Howard K. Stern's reputation is in crisis.

Within the next 90 days, the world will learn the truth regarding whether Howard K. Smith is Dannielynn's biological father, whether he has the right to Anna Nicole Smith's body for burial and maybe whether he was involved with the death of both Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel. As I always say, there is a huge difference between the court of law and the court of public opinion. The court of public opinion rules every minute of every day and the court of law rules only at the end of trial. Howard K. Stern's reputation is in crisis and it resides in a court just as important as the court of law.

If it can be proven that Howard K. Stern gave Anna Nicole's son Daniel methadone, Stern will see prison time.
FACT: Howard K. Stern certainly did not help Anna Nicole Smith or her son to stop taking drugs. FACT: He also was nearby when both were found dead. At best, he was not a good friend by allowing his friend Anna and her son Daniel to continue with their drug use and at worst, he was enabling their drug use for personal gain. Many times people believe they are smarter than the law and lead with their egos and try to cover up the truth. How many times do we have to learn the truth always bubbles to the top, especially with the media microscope looking down on your every move - past, present and future?

Howard, the truth will set you free!

I believe Howard K. Stern is at risk for potential suicide. He needs to have his family and friends close by and watching him now more than ever. He knows the truth and it is my personally opinion that he has not been fully truthful in the many areas he has been questioned regarding his relationship with Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel. However, he still has an opportunity to set the record straight and do the right thing. I believe his house of cards is about to take a big fall and I think it is tearing him apart. I think he is scared to death to tell the truth, but it is the truth that will truly set him free and begin to repair his reputation for the long term. If not, the lies will eat him alive and keep his reputation in crisis. The vacuum of rumors can be replaced by truth and Howard K. Stern must take the lead. Hang on, this story has legs and will be in the news through spring.

Deciphering Daddy's DNA
Genetic advances have improved paternity tests
By Nancy Shute
Posted 3/4/07

Not so very long ago, fatherhood had a bit of mystery to it. No more. Advances in genetics have made paternity tests one of the simplest and most reliable medical tests ever available. Being able to be 99.99 percent sure has helped fuel the frenzy over the fate of little Dannielynn, the late Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter, and her four would-be daddies. It also made last week's announcement that DNA samples would be taken from the body of the late soul legend James Brown before burial—to settle new paternity claims—seem almost commonplace.

Far from Hollywood, DNA-based paternity tests are used every day to determine child support and custody or to put a worried mind at ease. "It was a relief," says Mandy, 32, of Kansas, who asked that her last name not be used. Her father had died at age 16 and hadn't told his parents he'd gotten a girl pregnant. A few months ago, Mandy decided she wanted a family medical history for her children, ages 8 and 11. She asked her father's parents, and they said they'd like to do DNA testing first. Last week, she found out that they are indeed her grandparents. "I was scared to death that maybe my mom wasn't honest with me," she says. "It's neat having the confirmation that everything I had been told was in fact the situation."
