Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Well, the person who was quoted was definitely right about evidence disappearing!!! The evidence/testimony of what Anna Nicole Smith might say in a hearing, is forever gone, due to what appears to be repeated delays.

Something is not right about this picture. Why has Virgie been demonized by the media, her lawyers told to shut up and sit down by the court, while HKS gets a free ride? Very bizarre indeed, imho.

If you ask me, Milstein tipped his hand, when he questioned Vergie on the stand about the Splash photog riding in the SUB with her to the viewing. Milstein was very quick to bring that to the attention of the court while ignoring the nightly nauseating PR routine of Mark Steines and Entertainment Tonight, (which HK$ was getting paid for).

Then, the "neutral" guardian of the baby, allowed HK$ to sell the rights to her own mother's funeral. His ethics are in the sewer with the rest of that gang.

I hope Virgie gets a good PR firm to represent her, against the insane/hateful reports coming from HKS and ET.

Virgie's attorneys should think of things like a PR firm. I don't see that happening because her own attorneys could have done more to help Virgie with her testimony and appearance.

That is one heck of an investigative report TK. This part below put together with her request to the THompsons to take her computer and diaries etc to the police if anything happened to her is strong evidence that foul play was done in both cases.

But now, the miracle will be if the truth can get past the lawyers and the crooked government in the Bahamas. The FLoriduh courts will probably not want to be bothered with getting involved with Anna's death. At least I hope if they do it will not be the circus performed in Seidlins court. All we have are the Semiole police investigating?? I know someone mentioned the FBI but they certainly haven't been seen or heard yet?

You made me think of something. AG was on Greta Friday night, saying absolutely not.....no way did "TrimSpa" have an insurance policy on ANS.

When you research that guy, you find that he has more than one name, more than one company that's been sued (I know the state of NJ was after one of his companies for fraud.) and more than one occupation......as he billed himself as a hypnotist at one time...

So maybe the policy isn't in the "TrimSpa" name.

(Not that I believe he'd tell the truth to Greta anyway)

Inurance companies are tough in a suspicious death or in fraud cases. I've seen two fraud cases in the works. Man, they had pictures of a limp "miracle". The guy was caught working in his yard, shoving a shovel into the ground with his "bad" foot. He did get some money but no where's near what he would have gotten if it was a lifetime disability.

The best case was the guy who lost two fingers after he touched a "hot" overhead wire while moving a house. The judge had two fingers missing.
