Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Yes... that was on the Birkhead BRAVO special - if you have Bravo try to see it. It will be on tomorrow again around 11am or 12pm central time. It was very good and was not over the top at all.
Anna, Howard and Daniel spent the night in her room. Anna got up the next morning and Daniel was in a chair..dead.

All correct - but Howard did leave the hospital after taking Daniel into the room. I believe he went out for a food run and came back they all slept in the room together.
He had flown to the Bahamas on September 9 and was picked up at the airport by Stern at 10.25pm. At 6.20am the next day, a hospital worker saw Daniel help his mother to the bathroom. At 9.38am, Smith noticed he wasn't breathing.

March 27 - the inquest. A LONG time to wait. Howie can do a lot of "cleaning up" and "bribing" between now and then.

Scott Peterson never got the insurance. It went to HER family. Howard may have outwitted himself also by wearing too many hats. Father, executor, hubby.......and drug dealer. Executor or executioner?? We'll see.

No - not a specific day - just next week Perper will announce the results of the autopsy.

Thanks to all of you for the replies. I wanted to make sure I got the time frame correct.
If Daniel took the methadone before plane trip, would those large quantities still be in his system the next day? Or would the only way those high quanities would be in his system was if he took it after arriving? ( either intentionally or by drinking Anna's mixture by mistake)...
The Nassau Tribune newspaper reported hospital staff heard Smith scream: "You did this", but Stern denies it, and no one has heard directly from Smith, 38, who was sedated and whisked out of the hospital.
On Thursday came reports Stern and Smith, in pink bikini, had married aboard a yacht in Nassau. On Friday, TrimSpa, the diet pill company endorsed by Smith, issued a clarification: "Although the ceremony was officiated and a commitment [made] before God, it is not recognised as a marriage by a government as no marriage certificate was issued."
It's hard to believe Smith was in a state to participate in any ceremony 18 days after Daniel died, with the inquest into what the Bahamas Coroner described as his "suspicious death" scheduled for October 23.
It's harder still to believe she was in any state to sell photos of Daniel cradling his new sister to In Touch magazine for $540,000 less than 24 hours after his death.
I watched a SP special on MSNBC today and was so cool that Lacy's mom got the $250,000 life insurance policy that SP was paying on and tried to cash in on. I hope that Dannielynn gets the money on the life insurance policies if there is any. All it takes is for Florida or the Bahamas to convict Stern in the deaths of either of them.
I watched it last night, so maybe that's where I got it. The show was well done.
You've got to be kidding? They don't have to reveal the cause of death in Florida?????? From what Perper said, though, I am sure he wants to be the one to tell what killed her - hs said he had partial information but he was waiting for more info - final info - because he didn't want to say it was one thing and then get surprised by new info coming back and showing it was something else.
Ok - but that statute does say the info can be released to next of kin - wouldn't Virgie see to it that the cause of death was known by all the world if Perper tried to keep it quiet? (I hope the Sternbots are not reading this thread).
Lawyeresgue answer...suprised that Greta did not follow up. How would Mr. TrimSpa know if anyone else (his good bud, HK$; her mother, anyone really) had a policy on ANS? Talking points issued by Team $tern?
Nope I am not kidding - Stern or someone in the family who gets a copy of the death cert with what killed her can then come forth and say what killed her.
Perper could be sued as well as the state of Florida if someone other than the family or Stern says what killed her.
Unless Stern has or the family has already signed a release allowing Perper to do it.
YEs - they all spent the night at the hospital - and it was early morning when Daniel died.
I missed all the fun...didn't get to see/hear the FUNeral...what in the heck did HK$ say? Who else 'spoke?'
