Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
ET has been repulsive in their coverage.
You tricked me kit. I thought this was a Gone with the Wind post. Which some may know is my favorite movie in the whole wide world.
I hadn't heard about this case. Maybe they should try Vegas. They always go to Vegas to hide. Kinda stupid with all the cameras. But that's where they go. Or he coulda skipped the country on a false passport. Was his picture widely distributed? Was he a suspect from the beginning?
Yeah, and they'll probably have the highest weekly ratings.
There only regret is that Anna's funeral didn't happen during sweeps. Course they can alway replay it during sweeps.
It was on the news and very strange circumstances. NG and Greta covered it, but ANS has dominated the shows lately. I saw the husband being interviewed and he looked like he had a lot to hide.
Any word with ANNA imbedded in it is the express copyrighted property of the posters of the "Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News" thread.
Did NG seem suspicious of him? Did she ask the kind of questions she asked that little boys mother? Where were you that day? Why won't you answer? Did you take a lie detector test?
I don't think NG questioned him, I believe it was a local reporter and it was shown nationally. He didn't report her missing for 5 days.
By the way lie detector tests are complete BS.
You mean he passed a lie detector test? Was it one that his lawyers had done?
Was this the one where the husband said his wife was upset and left him a note that she was going away for a few days to cool off?
I have no idea. i just find it completely embarrassing that people actually suggest using them. They might as well use a ouija board.
Or a psychic. Those psychic detectives seem to be pretty amazing sometimes. Yeah. I know it's edited. But to see how those detectives react i'm convinced that there are some people who are more intuitive than others.
And i heard recently that the San Jose police had used a psychic to solve a crime. That hit close to home. I would think the SJ police were too hoity toity high tech to resort to consulting with a psychic.
The second home looked like it was on a canal -- a place to keep the boat.
Re the Stern/Birkhead deal or no deal. CBS Paramount owns ET, and IIRC CBS is the channel that has apparently signed a deal with Judge Crybaby. Anyone see a conflict of interest there? Or worse, a behind closed chamber doors deal?
I hope Larry does nothing and lets HKS keep digging himself deeper and deeper
Any normal person would have called Howard not the sister.
I believe that would be the Torah.
And how do we know the sister has them? And why hasn't she burned them? And are any of the pages missing? (that's one we probably will never know the answer to). But anyway i get it now.
Yeah. And there are so many co-conspirators involved here. One of them is gonna crack. One crack could crack the case wide open. Could cause others to come forward with their involvement too.
Anna Nicole receives muted TV farewell
Cameras could only follow the motorcade and watch from a distance

The story was a gold mine for the syndicated newsmagazines. Both Inside Edition and Entertainment Tonight, for example, drew their biggest audiences since February 2004 following Janet Jacksons wardrobe malfunction at the Super Bowl, according to Nielsen Media Research.
