Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I know that O'Quinns people found out about the policies, but what if there really are none? I know. It's hard to believe an heiress wouldn't have some insurance on her life.
But HKS might think that by putting out decoys about insurance policies, he'd look less guilty when it turns out to not be true.
You both lucked out when Dr. Eroshevich turned state's evidence.
I'm guessing it's like this:
He said HE didn't have any life insurance policies on ANS. It doesn't mean that ANS didn't have policies made out to Daniel and HKS. I'm sure HKS arranged all of that very conveniently.
Thank G=d the truth came out about Anna's REAL favorite color! Black! She was so different. Pink is such a common favorite color. She went with black which is nobody's favorite color but hers. Or she could've gone with orange which is also nobody's favorite color except Johnny Cash's. But orange would clash with her pink lipstick. Wonder why she didn't wear black lipstick? And why wasn't her casket black like Johnny Cash's? hmmm....all these important unanswered questions.
Correction: The Johnny Cash part was supposed to go after the black part not the orange part. So sorry Johnny!
Was the judges question:
1) Is there any insurance policy on Anna?
Or
2) Do you have an insurance policy on Anna?
To the first question he could say no, a lie of course, which he'd later say he didn't know about.
To the second question he could answer no, a Clintonian answer, as in "no i don't have 'an' insurance policy on Anna, i have SEVEN". It depends on what the meaning of 'an' is.
:o) Teasing on the glory hog to Rte66 - not you. Enjoyed the quick wit and in awe of your quick minds and keyboards. Ya'll were rockin' and made for a nice break.
Orange and pink clash?
I just found this on some blog.
Sounds like ANS:

yesterday was awesome. we showed up at the ferry building marketplace and hooped for the crowd i wore my new furry pink and orange outfit and christabel was beautiful and amazing as she showed them how it's done we made $100 in tips and then afterward we went to the Slanted Door since it was right at our feet and tried to spend our tips on wine as we watched people soak up the delicisous rewards of their 6-weeks-ahead-reservations but the waitress - she gave us our wine for free! and we left her a big tip. then swivel hips and jay and i went to Stitch to check out the citizen-made burning man garb for sale and had fun trying on odd garments that on the hanger look like sewing room scraps and jay picked out some things for me to wear in private Posted by: amy.leblanc on Aug 19, 05 |
Did we ever find out if it was true that Bonnie left the funeral service before it was over and if so, why? I've read almost everything and haven't seen it mentioned.
But don't you think that if HKS has let ET film so much, they would have let them make a whole series of shows about planning the wedding, the wedding, etc. etc. (if there was to be a wedding)
Exactly, methinks he may be a student of the Clintonian language arts.
The Clintonian School of Language Arts at Harvard Univerity.
"How is Jessica's Dad holding up today?"
I only saw tiny bits of the trial so far. Yesterday ANS funeral took priority. I tried to watch as much as I could during the day knowing that I'd be away all evening to be with my family. (My grandson was in a musical play at school.) Got home after 11.
In reading reports today, I was surprised that 300 were invited to the funeral, and less than 100 showed. They said Virgie invited 50 and less than 20 were there. Now to start to catch up on this thread...from yesterday afternoon...
Next week we see the coroner's report. Then have to wait until March 16th for the DNA report? Am I correct?
I'm wondering what I missed on Rita last night. I don't have Tivo or anything hooked up. Maybe I'll find out once I go back and read the thread.
God bless your son. Did you get to see anything? Larry in his pink tie was worth a look! I did see him yesterday afternoon along with a short Rita interview of him. She asked him what he thought of HKS's speech in church. Larry refused to comment. He is truly a class act!
"WACKY D-LIST WEEPAPALOOZA JUST WON'T LET ANNA BREAST IN PEACE"
New York Post...3/3/07...Andrea Peyser
"Anna's exit from this world was every bit as bloated, extravagant and needy - and angry - as her life.
The onetime nude model and geezer's wife, who achieved
her greatest celebrity mainly by dying, was shipped from this world not with a service, but an extravaganza.
And as with all spectacles, there was an animal act.
That came when Anna's companion, Howard K. Stern, took to the pulpit like a Doberman pinscher - condemning
Anna's mother, the media, even the lawyers and Florida judge, in a speech so inappropriate, they'll talk about
it around these parts for years. So much for the dignified family funeral.
I've seen people sob at funerals. Maybe laugh. But the crowd who gathered under the blazing sun to watch this oddity cheered, jeered and made obscene gestures.
And that was just outside. Inside, it was worse.
Anna's hated mom, Virgie Arthur, just that morning tried, unsuccessfully, to get a Bahamas judge to keep Anna's already desperately decomposing remains above ground - so she might get her dead daughter under her control,
and bury her in Texas.
As Virgie exited her big, white limo, the crowd shouted, "Boo! BOOOOO!"
They pointed their thumbs, and other fingers,
downward.
When ex-Anna boyfriend Larry Birkhead showed up, in
a baby pink tie that was the unofficial funeral uniform, they cheered him like Derek Jeter.
They were quiet when Howard K. Stern rolled up in a black tie.
Anna Nicole Smith finally got bigger fame, in death,
than the D-list stardom she humiliated herself in life
to achieve. She was an exhibitionist who attracted men
like leeches, and prescription drugs like milk.
Now, the public can't get enough of her. And people
wage a battle over her corpse, and her baby girl, as if they were the last ones on sale at Macy's.
I'm almost certain Anna would have loved the attention."

Yeah it was just to spice things up a bit. As if they needed spicing up!
Oh and I also believe that there is some complicated payment formula/arrangement between HKS and Entertainment Tonight (as well as other media outlets) so that he can say to someon's face that he does not benefit from these pictures, videos and interviews.
Another stellar headline from the NYP. A dispicable article filled with lies.
Off topic:
Sounds like they found Tara.

HKS and ET have a contract. That's why that ET special last night, which was a total piece of Krap, was so pro HKS.
Heres' on example. "The attendees included Virgie Arthur, the estranged mother of Anna, Larry Birkhead, and the terribly mournful HKS". (i may not have the wording exact but that was the gist of it). Click.
I won't even watch the follow up segments. I will not watch ET ever again. Actually i never did before so they won't be losing viewership here.
Weepalooza is good, but shouldn't that have been "extravagANNAza" in the second line?
