Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Yes, a lie detector test can in fact be fooled, especially by a person with no conscience, such as $tern. During most of HKS's testimony during the body trial, he kept his eye lids down cast, another sign of a person not telling the truth, imo.

Eric Redding now on - he discovered ANS back 16 years ago - then ANS and her mom were inseparable - and Daniel was same. What caused the falling out? Howard Stern. He didn't want her to have anything to do with her past friends or past family. He wanted her to move up to another level. Everybody wanted things from Anna. Stern decided to cut everything off, start afresh.

Her career was so much better before she ever met that slime bucket, HKS.

What did Stern do? He put her in that horrible "reality show" that truly cheapened her image, but put himself in center stage. Then when that bombed......he sold her body to TrimSpa Alex. And from that point forward he had to keep her drugged to keep the pounds off of her.

The only thing I saw that was over-the-top was the media frenzie. I did not see anything spectactular if that is what they meant by over-the-top.

Moe never once said cough. He said she had chills and was shivering and had fever.

Mr. Redding said in another interview a few weeks ago, that Howard thought her family was to.......(he was trying to put it delicately)...to southern.

He said Howard wanted Anna to get away from her poor family and background.

No, I wasn't saying that. Both types of pneumonia give some of the same symptoms - and cause the lungs to change. But Perper said he saw no such changes in the lungs. (And, no, there have been zero reports of Anna coughing or having shortness of breath or wheezing - things that surely her "nurse" friend would have noticed if no one else did. All we have heard about is that she was "sick", didn't feel well, and had a high fever.

If it was pneumonia - either kind - Perper missed it in the first autopsy. So now he is going to be explaining why. He said recently this was a "complex medical situation." Which says to me he is already prepared to explain why he missed "pneumonia" the first time around.

Maybe it wasn't fully developed yet - had not had time to get down in her lungs deeply enough.....so it wasn't visible in the first autopsy.

Maybe she did have viral pneumonia.

I still want to know what her tissues and her hair samples said about the presence of drugs in her system.

And if it was pneumonia - her "friends" are culpable in her death by not taking her to the hospital when she had that 105 degree temp. They endangered her life by negligence.
