Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Catching up on yesterday's thread and discovered your post on this...Yikes! What a family!
Do you recommend Gallow Point? Looks beautiful...

Smith's funeral in Bahamas to feature pink flowers, tight guest list
NASSAU, Bahamas (AP) -- Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in a custom-made gown next to her 20-year-old son following an ''over the top'' memorial service with a tightly controlled guest list, said a friend helping to organize the memorial.
The memorial service, with about 300 guests at an undisclosed church, will feature large amounts of pink flowers, her favorite color, and singing from a well-known performer whose name organizers aren't ready to disclose, said the friend, Patrik Simpson of Beverly Hills, Calif.
''It will be a very beautiful, Anna Nicole send-off,'' Simpson told The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday night in the Bahamian capital of Nassau. ''Of course it will be over the top because it's Anna Nicole.''
Simpson's partner, Pol Atteu, has designed more than a dozen gowns for Smith, including the one in which she was to be buried in a ''very elegant'' casket that will most likely be closed, he said. He declined to describe the dress.

Simpson said each ''faction'' _ Stern, Arthur and Birkhead _ had to submit a guest list in advance and each would be limited to 100 people at the church service.
''It will be something very beautiful, very private, very over the top and very pink,'' he said.
The burial at Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleums will be much more intimate, with about 30 people, he said.
At Daniel's funeral, Smith and Stern erected a large green tent that blocked the media and other spectators from the service. Organizers of the former pinup's service are expected to do the same.
Simpson, a 38-year-old model talent scout who was friends with Smith for the past five years, said he and his partner plan to place photos of themselves with their 15-year-old daughter, who sang at Daniel's funeral, inside her casket, and other close friends also will likely add photos.
He recalled Smith as a warm and generous person who always remembered their daughter's birthday and other special events.
''She was just a good friend, a good mother, a great person,'' Simpson said. ''She had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off her own back.''
Darn, why did it never occur to me to put pictures of *myself* into caskets of friends and family at their funerals? Oh, the opportunities lost.
HKS, the new guest commentator on ET each night, made a remark I found so odd yesterday - or was it in his Tuesday night segment?
He said it's so important for ANS to be buried in The Bahamas because "that's where she'll be for all eternity." Amazing.
Did you all hear Larry King say last night he heard that ET has exclusive rights to be at the funeral?
We all know who ET deals with exlusively......initials $$$
The only reason I can think for doing that is the pending lawsuit money from Marshall. ??

Denver attorney joins Anna Nicole legal battle
Denver personal injury lawyer Frank Azar said Wednesday he has signed on to help fight Virgie Arthur's legal battles concerning her daughter, former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith, who died Feb. 8.
Azar, head of Franklin D. Azar & Associates PC, said he was asked by his friend John O'Quinn, one of Arthur's lawyers and principal of O'Quinn Law Firm, to get involved. Azar is best known for his TV commercials and for winning large verdicts in recent class-action lawsuits against Wal-Mart regarding overtime pay.
A secretary in O'Quinn's office confirmed Azar's involvement in Arthur's legal matters. Azar said he is taking the case on a pro bono basis.
"He figures if I'm tough enough to take on Wal-Mart, I'm tough enough to take on this crew in the Bahamas," Azar said.
Azar said he will be working with Bahamian lawyers to get Arthur more visits with her 5-month-old granddaughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern. Stern is currently living in a gated community in the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern, who is listed on the baby's birth certificate. Two other men have also claimed paternity.
Arthur was allowed to see the baby earlier this week, but Stern wouldn't let her touch the child, Azar said.
Azar said his Denver office colleague Rodney Bridgers will also be involved. He compared his office's involvement in the legal matters with the team assembled to help O.J. Simpson fight charges leveled against him in connection with his wife's death.

Wasn't that video done after Daniel's death and after Virgie said she thought HK$ killed Daniel?
Also, why did Anna tell the Thompson's [if that's true] to take her computer and diaries etc. to the authorities if something happened to her?
Larry has to win over HK$ any way he can, even by being nice to him. Offering him money will do the trick eventually. I mean his blood flows green doesn't it?
It's terribly SAD that Dannielynn has become a Bahamian anchorbaby, born to American citizens staying in the Bahamas for illegal reasons. [hiding from a paternity suit and perhaps tax reasons as well]
IMO the Bahamas should have no legal hold on this baby. The paternity test should be done forthwith and the baby given to the father. Is the Bahamas now a place Americans can go to circumvent the law? Maybe they need to build a new maternity hospital for mothers having babies that don't want the father involved!
Absolutely. It was just fabulous. I'm sick that I'm not there today!
I saved it to my favorites list. Thanks!
Don't give the Bahamas Tourism Minister any ideas, lol!
I need to read the transcript and get an exact quote wrt pumping anna full of drugs at Er. I had the feeling it was a "set up" by Mo to explain some drugs in her system..
I'm off to the Dentist (oh joy joy) in a bit. BBL
Good Morning all!
Several friends asked if we had any other hats of his. He was "Dapper Dan".
Hardly rich and loved us kids with all his heart. He always said he had 4 million dollars tucked away. We finally figured out that it was us.
He died when my first grandchild (Jamie Lynn) was 10 months old.
My brother died very young and we were very close. He died when my first born (my daughter) was 10 months old.
God's been very good to me.
O'Quinn is dreaming again.
It's all over but the crying for Anna Nicole Smith, with her burial planned for Friday, but John Travolta thinks that she might've lived if only she had let Scientology heal her.
The super Thetan, who appeared with Smith in "Be Cool," proclaims that if Anna Nicole had gotten help at Narconon, the drug detox program "inspired" by the writings of L. Ron Hubbard and associated with the Church of Scientology, all would be different today. "It's so sad," said Travolta to MSNBC. "We could have helped her with Narconon but didn't get a chance."
Meanwhile, Smith's farewell will be, as her life was, "over the top," said a friend who's organizing the memorial. About 300 guests, reports the AP, will gather at a church in the Bahamas, and Anna will be dressed in a custom-made gown. What's not certain is whether her casket will be open or closed, and whether her mother, Virgie Arthur, who dropped her bid to bury Anna in her native Texas, will attend.
