Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I just saw a show with an interview with Vergie..Dr. ??, I think he's a physchiatrist. Nor Dr Phil. It before Anna died. Virgie was very good at explaining what went down with her rebel daughter and her relationship with Daniel.

By the end of the show, it was the intention of that Dr to facilitate a meeting of the minds between Anna and Virgie.

That interview is very important in my mind and there's not an ounce of "I'm after money". Anna was alive. There was none available to Virgie. She was REALLY worried about Anna.

I remember my mother in law. It was 3 days before her son Michael died. She suddenly became very worried and nervous about Michael despite the fact that he had been on a country tour for a while. She had a premonition. I think that's what happened with Virgie.

TWO RELATED PEOPLE don't just lie down for a snooze and die while no one else is affected with that much money involved. Death is not contagious.

In 1964, after decades of debate and legal maneuvering, Great Britain granted The Islands Of The Bahamas limited self-government. The Bahamas became a British Commonwealth in 1969 ending the colonial role, but not the British flavor of the islands.

The Islands became a nation on July 10, 1973, which is the date celebrated today as Bahamian Independence Day. This July 10th celebration of the beginning of Home Rule is an island party not to be missed.

Saint Howard doesn't seem so saintly now, does he?? Every move has a motive. It was like "killing" Virgie. A stab in the heart!! Keep the wound bleeding Howard!!

If HKS and Larry come to some sort of agreement out of court and do the DNA proving Larry is the father, can Virgie still try to get full custody?

Sounds funny. I'll have to watch for that one.

When my kids and I would visit LA, we'd go to be part of the live audience at the sitcoms. Went to Roseanne once. Darlene and DJ were young then, and so ornery! The wardrobe lady would comb DJ's hair for the next take, turn her back, and Darlene would mess it up. It went on and on, and I thought, "What brats." Eventually I got to like the show and them.

The best and very nicest cast of characters were the ones from "Full House." The kids and adults could not have been nicer!

From Black's law, I'm interpreting it that either the guardian ad litem or the judges appointed him to sign the death certificate. There is no separate term that matches.

Executor has several sub definitions.

We've been trying to pin down the "when" that these things would have been determined for the Death Cert. Be interested in your interpretation.

The birth certificate says she was a widow, too. Marshall's widow.

The front and back of the book.
Opri mentioned the Convention on the Rights of Children in one of her interviews. I have to go look that up - but I think that is what all the smiles were about on the Opri side. The judge probably wanted 2 weeks to go through all this.

Virgie's lawyers are looking at the old way they did things. They might not be aware of all the other stuff.

I hope this news helps us all get some sleep. (Whew I am relieved - I want Larry to get custody of the baby - but he can't then I want Virgie to get her. Anyone but Stern and his warts)
