Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

And he said he was a bailiff before he was a fireman and a paramedic. He has at least 2 brothers in the Miami area, Jamal and Marcus Tyrone, the latter of which has a company called One Luv Family Entertainment. His mother's name may be Victoria.
My take on it at the very start, when I was sleuthing them right after we got their last names, is that he is US and Tasma is Bahamian - and that I'm betting her last name isn't really Brighthaupt and they probably aren't really married. *But we'll see.*
Not only that...Howard probably has videos. That Gibson photo was a warning to all of Anna's bedbugs. Remember that Howard said that he had a lot of VERY PERSONAL pictures on his computer. BUT he later had an album open and that album had the photo of Gibson in it. Blackmail!!
His wife, Elaine, is now taking over on behalf of the Marshall estate and she is equally determined that ANS never get any money.

I'm with Elaine on that! I hope both Virgie and Larry are not persuaded into continuing the lawsuit on DL's behalf.
Dannielynn does not need a legacy of leeching like her mother's lawyers.
Do they really think Howard is going to take care of them for the rest of their lives???

The huge problem, so to speak, with all of the Marshall estate *money* is that the majority of it is in stock of the privately held Koch Industries - stock that can't be appraised for value because it is so closely held and such a tightly guarded secret.
It can't be liquidated because only the current shareholders can possess it and trade it amongst themselves. No Marshall is going to try to do that.
People have been after that confidential information for years and years, nothing to do with Marshall's involvement - not even the WSJ or Forbes can get their mitts on that evaluation info.
THAT is the main thing that showed me from the start how despicable Stern is in that he managed to grab a highly confidential report of Pierce Marshall's financial portfolio, with an estimated evaluation included in it, naturally.
This was while Stern was on Anna's case here in Houston. He picked up the docs right off the opposing counsel's table with "Confidential" marked right on top and then dispersed said info to unknown numbers of people.
He got slapped down, but I don't know if any formal complaints were filed - would have to look back in those Marshall files. I do believe he was sanctioned and had to sit out the rest of the trial.
It *was* a big stink at the time, but seems to have been forgotten by all these people. I guess if you're not in the oil business, it doesn't seem like that big of a deal and "rich people" don't have much sympathy with their secrets.
What's interesting is that they are both saying they were with Anna as friends not licensed professionals. That's called negligence. You MUST act!! And in this case it means an immediate call to 9-11.
That's what I thought, too. I sat there and said: "What are all these wierd tapes. Why would anyone demean their friend, wife, "confidant" in this way????" Were there any wierd tapes on her historically....Say from two years ago?? No....There's just that "straight Anna" walking into Supreme Court.
