Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The old man gave her two houses, $5,000 cash a WEEK for I don't know how long, jewelry, and other gifts and he MAY have left her a nominal sum of money in the will but he did NOT leave her half of his estate in the will. Apparently Texas was not a community property state but even if it were the will could be contested because Anna was not a wife in the true sense of the word. She never lived with the old man and never had intercourse with him from what I've read. His son, Pierce said at the start that he would fight her to his death and would not give her a nickel, dime, or penny more over what she'd already taken from the old man. Pierce stuck to his word because to date ANS never received any money from the estate and at one point in court was ordered to pay back something like $1 million dollars to the Marshall estate for their attorney fees.

Did you check the issue dates on both Maurice's licenses??
Marshall left everything to one of his sons who subsequently died. But most believe that Anna is entitled to a BIG payout; and now it will go to the baby.
I was trying to match up the addresses. But the issue dates on both of his licenses gives a year of 1801. It expires in 2008......how long is it good for?

Street-ballers from all over gathered at AmericanAirlines Arena on Nov. 27 for the second Orange Bowl 3-on-3 Street Ball Challenge presented by MetroPCS.
The Street Ball Challenge was an all-day basketball event bringing together some of South Florida's best talent.
Teams competed in eight categories: Small Dawgs (8-10 years), Li'l Shooters (11-14 years), HS Rec (15-17 years), Competitor (18 and older), Hot Shots (40 and older), Women's Open (female teams), Top Flight (men's open), and Corporate Team.
A slam dunk contest, and 3-point shootout also took place.
Teams then got the chance to attend the 2004 MetroPCS Orange Bowl Basketball Classic later that night.

Marshall left a video. He started with "I am ..... and am of sound mind". He gave Anna SPECIFICALLY some properties and "any gifts he may have given her". Never mentioned monies. That was her beef. She was furious.
I don't believe ANS deserved a penny of the Marshall money and I don't believe the Marshall estate will just drop this and settle with the baby. The baby is no one to them and is not a Marshall. Pierce Marshall (the son who fought ANS) was admamant that ANS would get NO money. His wife, Elaine, is now taking over on behalf of the Marshall estate and she is equally determined that ANS never get any money. Probably that would include ANS' estate.
I have a feeling you are right. What's one more!!
