Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
We need immediate Cannonization for Saint Howard.
It is kinda like a Miracle that they both "laid down and died" within 5 months of each other.
No one seems to get that "laid down and died" bit. It's not like one was killed in a plane crash or car accident or whatever. Their similar deaths is the key to this and Howard was nearby in both cases.
She and Rale were getting interviewed by Jack Ford and he asked them to stay for another segment while they were still live. Barth didn't realize they were still live and started negotiating with Ford....."I'll stay if you ask me a question about that Virgie and her ridiculous assertion.......Zip....off she went"
Ms. Barth ain't very bright.
BTW.....they've been receiving many, many emails in support of their position and their client.
Oh......and Ron Rale says that Stern is really a good guy.

I heard him. What does Stern have on that guy? Saying ANS broke up with Larry summer of 2005.... but "maybe" she had a final fling with Larry later in the year, he just doesn't know! ..... I'm sick of that guy.
That's an excellent point. And if Larry is agreeing to anything such as keeping secret info that he has on HKS, that would be obstruction of justice, no? At a minimum. Possibly even "conspiracy after the fact" or whatever the term is. Surely Opri is advising him not to go there.

Evidently, Slow Moe is saying that 9 yr. old Riley is nothing but a stinky little liar. She made the whole thing up. Or, she's just humorless and cannot take a joke.
In the outdoor shot that looked like it was on a tennis court you could hear a lawnmower or something. It looked like she was looking all around trying to figure out what it was. Then she moved her mouth like her lips were dry (or something that just didn't look right).
We've got so much "Anna wanted" and "Anna didn't want" coming from other peoples mouths (other than the drugged out i hate mom video which doesn't hold water), yet her lawyer put non of her wishes and non-wishes in writing. He must've been very busy working the Marshall case that he didn't have the time to write a proper updated will for her when she stood to inherit (he hoped) millions and millions of dollars. He had 5 months at least, after Dannielynn was born to redo the will, yet he did not.
I think she was playing around. Kinda like how some people baby talk to their animals - play acting at that point because the kid was there. The kid there was the one that freaked out because Anna was not herself. The kid probably had never seen Anna while she was on one of her downer trips so she got scared.
Personally I think she had been smoking pot. She was not seeing things - she was not tripping out. Stern was just making fun of her with the mushroom comment because he probably knew that Anna did not know what a Mushroom Trip was.
If she was on a Mushroom Trip she would have been talking about seeing things that were not there. Now if she did not have a baby doll or a baby carriage but was acting like there was one there when there wasn't (as if she was acting like a mine) then you could say she way tripping out. Many people who are tripping out will talk about the weird things they are seeing. As in the walls are melting, the floor is flowing like water. The sky is purple, etc.
Why would he? He's got almost the exact same case he had in the Marshall case. He's got a decedent and no written direction.
Possibly that Mr. Trimspa knew that Anna was using other drugs in conjunction with the Trimspa. Maybe that they were giving her the illegal ephedra form of Trimspa. Anything of this nature puts Trimspa outta business and maybe HKS is telling them that their product was making her sick and is threatening to say so publicly. Just a few possibilities.
