Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Hoffman just stated ANS was 'domiciled' in the Bahamas and that that is NOT in question. But, it is isn't it? The deed/ownvership of Horizons in question still, correct?
So Opri must know that Howard is going to control "something" even if he doesn't get Dannilynn.

How often does it occur that bodies are up for grabs and that the "intention" of the deceased is a primary consideration. If that were the case, bodies would NEVER be reinterred.
One problem is that ANS residency is up in the air. Everything about her being in the Bahamas is in question. Nothing is settled. For all we or these judges know, Goat could be charged with murdering Daniel. Why he has any say about ANS is a mystery, to me.
Did Virgies lawyer say anything about her being drugged when she made the "i hate mom" video?
Cuz that's what her lawyer said on one of the shows last night.
If not, then maybe they don't wanna "go there". Going there could lead to further examination of Annas charges of physical and sexual abuse in the video.
Did you see that? The camera zoomed in over the shoulder of O'Quinn, who is sitting next to Virgie. The camera actually showed a portion of O'Quinn's notes. It had something to do with Virgie was the "mother for 29 years."
That's the puzzling part. It's either the law or not.
O'Quinn had plenty to say about Anna's "dope talk" on that video. He totally slammed it on that point.

I missed O'Quinn, dang it. Hubby was leaving for work and kept chatting....sheesh!
A retired Baptist pastor maybe? A former Baptist pastor? A pastor with no real authority to conduct a valid marriage ceremony? There's no marriage license is there? If HKS was legally married to ANS he'd have the docs to prove it at the hearing which he didn't.
Oooh and remember when the judge said "I can't wait to see this Baptist minister". It was as tho he didn't believe the minister even existed.
Do they want to risk that?

That's scary. The govt getting involved in peoples death and the rights of a parent to bury their own child. There's something unAmerican about that.
That's a hatchet job in the works. Don't think it will play into the legalities (such as they are) but will make big bucks for someone.
