Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Just watched the doctor on Crier saying that one of Anna's friends said that Anna told him years ago that she had Lupus.
Wouldn't HKS know this? And if so, why didn't he say anything about it thru all this mess. Beth Karas asked the question if you can go back and retest a body that has been embalmed for Lupus. Maybe that's why Howie didn't mention it. If it can't be proved, it can't be DISPROVED either. See, Howie may have natural causes after all...
A caller to Nancy Grace is condemning Virgie, calling her selfish.

There is nothing negative that I can say about Virgie because I do not know her personally and I have not heard any really substanial negative thing that she has done in her life.
She worked, was a police officer, raised her children. One of which went astray and caused her mother some grief during the daughter's (ANS)mid years to end of life. And delivered much grief to Virgie in her (ANS's) death.
None of the callers on Nancy Grace have been complimentary to Virgie. One lady caller just asked why none of Virgie's children are there supporting her.

For instance, in going back through some of the original posts on the day Anna died, I found that the early reports all said that the nurse who was with Anna called 911. Guess Mo felt he couldn't continue with that lie... since it can easily be proven who called 911.
There are a bunch of other inconsistencies that sort of have come to the forefront after Moe's and Brigett'e Televised "testimony" - (we have to remember they are not in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion).
Those of us who were/are supporting both Virgie and Larry are somewhat disturbed by Virgie's attorney, O'Quinn's comments that Virgie intends to sue for complete custody.
It's back a few threads.

What doesn't make sense about that is what happened immediately after the hearing was over.....at the "3 united" (cough) presser.
Opri blurted out that Birkhead was going to get to see his daughter at the funeral. So negotiations had already taken place, and she couldn't wait to spill it.
And NO METHADONE!
I'm not yet completely convinced that Birkhead would do anything that his lawyer didn't approve of. As i've said before a lawyer wouldn't want to be present where things are going to be agreed to that involve some illegality or are unethical.
I still have a gut feeling this is a ruse. Not saying the meeting didn't happen. But Opri is too smart. I think she knew about this meeting and that it is part of her plan. I can't figure out exactly what the plan could be, but it could pertain to allowing Virgie to get the child and then Virgie would turn the baby over to Larry (with visitation rights of course).
I'm thinking/hoping the Opri/Birkhead team will get the last laugh.

Nurses don't get mirrors or water to check if someone is in arrest .

Slow Mo ambling back before calling 911 and Mrs Slow Mo using mirrors and water to revive someone in complete arrest.
Also, no mention of the nurse clearing the airway of the vomit before beginning CPR.
I hadn't seen that linked report of what Virgie said in that interview - but I think somebody reported most of it...but am glad to have that link.
So she thinks Daniel was murdered because the level of drugs (specifically methadone) in his system was "way too high." Well most of us here think he got the drugs either by mistake or we agree with her - intentionally. And she saw danger for Anna Nicole back then....as has been related quite a bit on this thread. If only Anna had heeded her warnings....she would be alive today. No doubt Howie had Anna film that video of how much she hated her mother AFTER Virgie stated she felt Daniel had been murdered. I think she meant Howie - not Anna - did Daniel in. Anna's fault was staying around Stern and the other enablers which, she believed, endangered and eventually killed Daniel. I can't disagree with Virgie on that.
