Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
OIC....probably correct! Goat wouldn't do this on his own. He is all about honoring ANSs' wishes....and she wished Vergie never to see DL.
Liek I said earlier: Howard Gigolo Stern will become Saint Stern for a little while. I predicted that he will say that he had no intentions of excluding Virgie from either the funeral or from seeing the baby. AND that he disagreed with Anna about excluding Virgie. Anna bad, Howard good.
However, when I was listening to O'Quinn, I was trying to think under what case that would go forward. It's been left for ANS to pursue. HKS thinks he acts for her and as her trustee and executor. Where is her estate going to go through probate.... and then my head begins to hurt!
I wonder if O'Quinn will be on Greta tonight. She's pretty good at getting details out of the people she interviews.
Anna not here. Howard make up Anna "wishes."
I hope so....I'm sick of him having the upper hand. He needs to have something hanging over his pointed head....besides the inquest into Daniels death and hopefully, an investigation into ANSs' death and eviction from Horizons....ROFL....I have such terrible thoughts about him. Just terrible.
And I'd read 9th grade somewhere.:o) But if there is her junior year picture in the yearbook - that pretty well calls it.
What I can't stand is all the media calling Dannielynn the half-a-billion-dollar baby. I can't stand it. Put a bull's-eye on her precious little head, why don't ya?
Somewhere he did say that and that's when I realized how truly evil he is.
Did i miss something while i was out for a few hours? What happened btwn Virgie and Birkie? I was of the opinion that Virgie was fighting for custody because it would be easier for her to win custody than for Birkie to, but that her real intention was that if/when she was granted that custody, she'd turn the baby over to Birkie.
That's what I thought, also. But I didn't see the attorney interview....
She went to 9th grade, but flunked out. She started 10th grade in Mexia (new school district, very far from her old one in Houston), at the HS there, but very quickly dropped out when she got kicked out of school for fighting.
So, last full year of successfully completed education (meaning, she passed to next grade) was 8th grade.
a) Larry Birkhead gets to visit with Dannielynn.
b) Virgie will get to visit with Dannielynn.
c) Seminole police Chief Charlie Tiger is in the Bahamas on a fact-finding mission into the death of Anna Nicole Smith
Hot Chachacha!
He is a pretend executor, pretend husband, pretend father, pretend resident, pretend protector, pretend photographer, pretend lover.
Anything real about Howard?? Still betting he had a vasectomy.
And Howards crew claims Anna told them those same "wishes". If Anna was telling everyone how she wanted her burial to be handled, why did Stern not draft a new will and put those wishes in writing? This "lawyer/liar" is hereby accused of dereliction of duty!
That is what I thought, too. John O'Quinn shot a hole in that bubble this afternoon on Catherine Crier, he said Virgie wants full custody of the baby and feels she can provide a more stable home. She plans to raise the baby in Texas.
If O'Quinn represented Dannielynn as the sole remaining heir and if he took the case forward in fed court - in CA - he would be the person who would get the "6%" of the settlement, if there was one, that Stern claimed to have been counting on all this time, working on behalf of ANS.
It could still be true tho. But that isn't something that would go over well in her case in the Bahamas. I posted that thought the other day and if anyone saw it or thought it, then O'Quinn had to come out and publicly say that Virgie had changed her mind.
If he'd have had a mustache, he could have twirled it when he said that, for sure.
