Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I want LB to raise her if she is his..I agree she shouldnt try to get custody at all!

It made my stomach to flops, I can see this baby ending up like ANS... Virgie bringing Splash to the cemetary last weekend, Spash calling the helicopters to fly over the mortuary last week when they went for the viewing and not this obvious play to get the Marshall fortune.
OMG - All hell's breaking loose.

Right. And he said Bahamian law will always side with a female, never with a male. Especially when the male isn't married to the female. I think Virgie had us all, and Larry Birkhead fooled.
Did you see John O'Quinn on with Catherine Crier a few minutes ago? If not, he dropped a bombshell. Virgie wants full, permanent custody of Dannielynn and to raise her in Texas. Said the Bahamas favors women and since Larry and ANS were not married Virgie will prevail.
Anna Nicole's Mother said on T.V that Anna Nicole didn't do enough to help her family.Maybe Mama thinks she is entitled to the fortune.l am very disappointed with her.

Read that transcript again, I'm not sure how to take that. I listened to the tape, and the person who said that was a dept spokesperson. Later, the interviewer talked to one of the EMT's actually on scene, and he said that when Hollywood rescue arrived, Seminole rescue was already there, as was the bodyguard and Stern.
I agree with you about King Eric and Neven. That was an AHA to me also. BTW, if Moe was not there as a "bodyguard" why does everybody on the scene call him a "bodyguard". He didn't say he was a "friend" THAT day.
I'm just sick, I was really supportive of Virgie to have Grandmother rights and be able to be in the child's life, I am not in favor of her raising her over Larry Birkhead.

Well - it looks as if Virgie is doing a running play against Larry in the Bahamas.
We were all pulling for Grandma and Dada - now it looks as if we have to pick sides.

You're right, he managed to ingratiate himself higher up the rungs of the ladder so he could ride in the ambulance with her -- over HKS!
That's just O'Quinn talking. That's how he hyped himself into this, his own self-talk. He just wants to win.
Virgie filing probate first in TX is a sure lose-lose situation on the Marshall case, as it has already been stopped in TX and can't be re-opened here. She knows that, and O'Quinn *should* know that - but I'm betting his ego is telling him *he* could get it re-opened.
Let's wait and see. I'm betting Virgie would be glad to let Dannielynn be raised by Larry, so long as she can visit. I just think O'Q has fast-talked her a bit here. *We'll see.*
The baby matter will be resolved. It's the possibility of someone perhaps getting away with two murders for profit. That would be a good title: "Murder For Profit". Consider it copyrighted 02-27-07. AJD
I would be shocked if anyone wants the baby to go permanently to Virgie over the natural father.. I could be wrong, I hope I'm not. I supported Virgie, too. but after watching O'Quinn right now I have done a total 180, I think we were taken.
I agree. She was on her way out when Howard left. That's why I wanted to know WHEN Howard made the appointment with the Dock master or whoever met him there. He had just arrived when he got the call and was about 40 feet from his car. They hadn't even gone unto the boat.
I should explain one reason I react this strongly to the possibility is I was raised more by my grandmother(s) than my mother or father after I was seven years old. It's fine to visit grandparents, living with them is another thing.
