Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The 3 judge panel may not hear oral arguments, and may issue a decision between 2-5 today.
Yes ok tatoos are permanent, but i'm talking about the really important issues here. The MONEY. Surely Howard didn't waste his time worrying about the tatoos or the sex slaves. He was running the show wrt the MONEY.
That TV show she had tho is puzzling. That would not have happened if it weren't ok by Stern. And surely the deal was, we (HKS) get to edit it as we see fit. There you see Howard acting all subservient. You see Anna acting like an slut. Howard good. Anna bad.

I don't believe the Shellys or GB Thompson were aware of Larry Birkhead as a person/individual - when the Bahama plan was initiated. Remember - ANS wanted to claim GBThompson as the father....until she learned of his vasectomy.
At some point - the Shellys and Thompson realized how HK$ and ANS were scamming them in two directions - fraudulent ownership of the house and how Birkhead was the real father - and I believe that is when clarity kicked in.

I think Anna had filed a complaint that Thompson had the utilities turned off....either against Thompson or the utilities. And Goat filed the break-in charge.
Believe I heard last night that Bahamian law specifies that the father listed in the birth certificate is no guarantee that the child will remain in his custody. The father will be the person deemed most worthy of taking care of the child. Oh boy.

I do think there was some animosity there, though, Larry thinking he had an exclusive relationship with Anna, then finding out a friend of his family to whom he himself had introduced Anna (perhaps showing her off a little bit?) swooped in behind his back and romanced her on his private jet. Some of that animosity was evident in the surprise emails Barf threw at Larry during Seidlin's Follies.
The tattoos and the sex slave and the rest of her history show many things. It shows her character. It shows she was in control. It shows she was on drugs long before she met HKS. It shows she used and manipulated her employees, friends, relatives, and lovers.
I don't for one minute think that she changed that personality the minute the HKS entered her life.
There is more to the story with HKS that can be seen just for the simple fact that no one and I mean no one from his past is coming forward. In this case, that is extremely unusual.
The only thing is "Did Anna know about the affidavit?? Did she, in the end, think that Larry had abandoned her?? Wonder what the date of the affidavit was and how it "can be construed".

Shelly said in an interview with Greta that Ben met ANS in South Carolina. That is probably why you got that idea..but then Shelly said under oath it was through the Birkheads.
