Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I smell a rat as well as a fish story. Big Mo is lying. We have too many pieces of the puzzle not to know he is lying, so the question becomes? Why??????
I thought I read elsewhere she was intubated before they placed her in the ambulance.

I peek in once in awhile to see what's new about this case...BUT doncha'all think it's time to change the title of this thread?
Thank you, I bookmarked it for future... so we know their stories don't match. I find her more believeable. Evidentally Mo didn't see the interview so is unaware he has been caught in a big lie on tape on National TV.

Okey dokey...here is the back story on Cyril Wecht/Joshua Perper. Wecht was the elected coroner of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh--not Philly). Wecht hired Perper (who he had meet and was impressed with) at a coronoer/ME convention (talk about your fun get togethers, huh?). Perper came to work for Wecht in the coroner's office (in Pittsburgh).
Wecht, who does alot of teaching at local universities (along with his 'expert' opining) brought private work in the Allegheny County morgue...and there were billing discrepancies (it was alleged that Wecht was making a profit off of public facilities...Wecht is big in (surprise!!!) Dem politics here and has enemies.
Allegation turn into charges, Wecht is on trial...Perper (his trusted pathologist) gives damning testimony. Wecht has to pay back the County/legal fees etc., Perper then runs for the coroner's job and wins.
Wecht then runs (again) for coroner (at the end of Perper's term) and wins...Perper goes to Florida. So Allegheny County had Wecht/Perper/Wecht as coroners. After all of that, by referendum, the position of coroner is done away with...now there is a Medical Examiner (and to be honest, no one as colorful as the past two and I would have to google to find out who the ME is right now.
It has been reported (in local Pittsburgh media) that Wecht/Perper have not spoken or interacted in anyway since the trial.
It might...I just know that when I glance by the words "has died," it makes me think someone has JUST died.
Whether you change it or not, I'll still sneek back in to find out what's happening.
You're right. He did NOT mention her. Oh boy gotta go back and find the notes about that interview with the Dutch lady......
Also I heard Virgie's new Florida/Bahamas lawyer - earlier - talk about why the stay was given - and it seemed to me she made perfect sense and echoed a LOT of what has been posted on this thread re: the fact that Judge crybaby followed the wrong law - that the body belonged to the next of kin (Virgie) since the child was under 18 years old and this was NOT a case of an unclaimed body!!! (How many times has that been explained here on this thread......)
First reports said they did intubation at the scene. But now, who knows?
I think tomorrow, I will try to put all these accounts together. They need to be compared, because nobody is telling the same story, and I can't figure out why.

Mo doesnt even sound literate enough to be a paramedic..his use of non-medical terms is killing me!
more the merrier here, we seem to know more than the TV pundits -- which is making some of us a little crazy.
Mo said more between moving his wife away from Anna and beginning CPR himself. Mo said..I moved my wife away and pulled the covers back to see her lips...she had beautiful pink lips...etc.
Question: Why were the covers over her lips if his wife had already been giving Anna CPR?
Yes, AFTER Mo stopped CPR which he said he did for 15 mins....even after EMT was there. They don't keep doing CPR do they after intubation? Don't they put the breathing thing on her face with the big pouch? I am not EMT trained or medically trained so I don't know....
