Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

HKS didn't go to the hospital with her? And wasn't with her at the end? Very, very odd.
Our Philidelphia Freeper gave the whole history between Wecht and Perper a week or so ago.. lot of bad blood and some reasons why Perper was drummed out of the PA Coroners office and landed in Florida. In other words, your concern is warranted.

Dr. Baden on now: Temp of 105 - Anna should have been taken to hospital immediately - and there was a physician there - Chris what's her name - who should have known that.
Person can start having convulsions - the temp coming down does cure the convulsions - but doesn't cure what caused the high fever.
Drugs - first he said can't cause a fever - but cocaine and other drugs can cause a kind of delerium - and that can cause the fever to go up!!!!!
Dr. Baden - She could have had pneumonia - but if so, Dr. Perper would have seen the pneumonia when he did the autopsy.

cleaning up the room? He arrived while they were working on her, called his sister from the room while paramedics were still there according to Bonnie Stern last week.

But the fact is they know each other - they are talking to each other over this matter. Wecht is in the employ of ANS/Stern - or was at least. Wecht has a vested interest in the outcome of ANS autopsy. He should not be anywhere near Dr. Perper or this autopsy of Anna. But he is. I just don't like that fact. Even with bad blood - he has influence.
And he called Ershovitz too.
I sure do, Rita Cosby interviewed her... it was at least a twenty minute interview and she was very, very detailed. I bet you can find the transcript of that interview. Someone needs to email Greta that she should read our thread.

Exactly! Soooooooo what was so important that this man who never let her out of his sight sent the bodyguard in the Ambulance with his dead or dying obcession and caused Stern to stay behind at the hotel? Wild horses could not have made me allow the bodyguard go in my place.
He better get his fish story straight. And, it better be the same story each time he tells it. EMTs showing up without equipment and the hosp. not having a chaplain. I think Big Mo is going to cash in by writing a book....AND....if he's an EMT, he has very strange hours. When does he work?
Yet it took EMT only 6 mins to get there after they were called.
So now they did not take over from Mo because they didn't have a monitor????? Did they start intubation???? Did they start an IV? Did they suggest other measures??? But instead just allowed Mo to keep doing cpr??????
It just does NOT wash. Mo probably did love Anna like a brother. But he also was likely under Stern's direction....and evidently those directions took precedence over saving Anna Nicole's life!
