Exactly. He should go back to work and not show up again til he's ready to tell the world why ANS died. NGs' little quip that ANS was going to be his "house guest for a little while longer" was gross. AND, ANSs' estate is not worth 400 million.....yet. And may never be.

Back to the Birth Registration
A male reporter on Nancy Grace says the problem with the Birth Registration is where Dion D. Smith (attorney) name is on the registration. The man reporter says that Howard K Stern's name should be there or someone else that had witness the baby's birth. (Dion D Smith was not there when the baby was born.)
Again nothing was said about a missing affidavit.

I agree with you. Vergie should get the body. Howard kept stressing that she wanted to be buried near her son. It's the ONLY reason that the guardian made the decision. It's called a conflict. Look at it this way. Your brother dies. You're 10 years old. Your mother dies a few months later. If a judge asked you where you thought your mother should be buried, what would you say?? Near my brother...of course. The problem is that Daniel is buried in the Bahamas in the first place.

Opri is saying that due to this error then the Birth Registration is invalid. I wonder if Dion D Smith signed a affidavit for Opri saying he was not present when the baby was born.
