Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I have always thought the mother Vergie should have custody of ANS body and bury it wherever she wants and it's outrageous that she does not.
IF LB is the father - the baby should of course go to him with generous visitation allowed for Vergie.
I do not believe that Vergie's family environment is a desirable one based on what I have seen and read.
IF there is dirt on LB and/or family, don't think for a minute that Stern and ET will not dig it out and air it.

Cool! I didn't know that - but don't keep up with "celebs," so not surprising.
But I know Naomi and I know she's a fairly honest person - and I'm only saying fairly to give some leeway for showbiz stuff that sometimes makes fibs necessary. I don't know Ashley.
Why does Virgie need the body to do this? Couldn't she just do it by claiming next of kin?

Vergie is the only one who should have custody of ANS body since she is her mother and there is no other adult who is closer. Vergie took care of her son for many years and her father left them. Obviously the body cannot be turned over to a baby.
It's quite possible that the Courts could rule in favor of the Marshall estate not owing any monies to Anna Nicole's issue. After all - only Dannie could have been considered Marshall's legal stepson. Dannielyn was born after Marshall's death - surely that would break any inheritance connection.
Does anyone know the Texas law as it relates to widows remarrying?
Is that why ANS and HK$ may not have had a legal marriage?
I know it's not actually settled......I just dislike Toad so deeply that I wanted to see him wandering homeless on the beach. sigh
So, I guess he gets to stay a squatter. For now. Patience is NOT one of my virtues! lol
