Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Dannielynn didn't weigh much when you consider how large a woman AN was. A large woman carrying a small baby, depending on what she wears, might not show much. In the video she looked pregnant to me.

People reports that the official cause of death of Daniel Smith was a lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro. Pathologist Cyrl Wecht said the drugs caused the cardiac dysrhythmia. He received the reports today. This news comes one day after Howard K. Stern revealed that he is Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy.

Please forgive me for jumping in here. I'm jumping in at this point because it seems to me that the concept that there are NO pics of Anna pregnant does give me pause. Even that so-called clown pic she was allegedly pregnant but I couldn't see it.

All this being said, I noticed on other threads some rather nastyish comments that there were over 15K responses on THIS thread. Well I had to go searching for this thread, but of course, because call me a fool, but this whole case intrigues the hell out of me.

Since I'm a bit new, allow me to post a few questions that I've formed in my head but had nowhere to express them until now:

-could ANS really have faked this entire birth? If so, why?
-could this Stern guy really have helped two deaths along in front of our very eyes and now is in the process of stealing a kid?
-If the daddy's name on the birth certificate is good enough for paternity, does it work the same for maternity. IE, if MY name was on the birth certificate as mother is it no mind who gave birth? According to Bahamian law, of course.
-has anybody noticed the relationship between the Trim Spa guy and Howard Stern? All week the Trim spa guy's been "spokesperson" for Stern. Could those two have been in cahoots in controlling ANS? Could those two be much more than ANS handlers?

It's just that we don't know about LB's extended family. Anything is possible with them, good, bad, some good some bad, etc.

On that basis I'm not going to assume that it's best for her and also her mom's remains to be kept from every member of Anna's family. Anyway I think it's moot. Because if she goes with either Larry or Virgie she will have access to both families.

As for the judge's ruling about the body, I disagree with it on more than one basis. Do not think it's best for Dannielynn for her Mom and brother to be buried in the Bahamas. Also question the legal underpinnings of the ruling against allowing Virgie to claim the body.

Noticed your sig line. I won't say I love Larry Birkhead but I do think he is the father of the baby.

If I were Birkhead, I'd let this legal thing go on but once a dead end is reached, if that happens, I'd kidnap that child, pure and simple. I mean can someone just, boom, steal someone's kid?

Even Stern and his Trim Spa buddy agree that Anna and Larry were lovers when the baby was conceived. The Trim Spa guy has told the story TWICE that Anna and Larry broke up over a watch.

There's way more to this story than we know.

The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant's mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Possible religious bias against a Southern Baptist/Christian upbringing for a child who had a GODMOTHER appointed by her mother, who had a "Baptist" minister perform a "committment ceremony". Will the self-appointed father honor this religious affiliation or circumvent it?

WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES COULD PUT ALL OF US IN JEOPARDY.

A REVIEW OF ALL THE "LEGAL" RULINGS TO DATE SHOULD REMIND US TO NEVER LEAVE OUR AFFAIRS IN THE HANDS OF LAWYERS OR JUDGES.

That is what Virgie has also said...about Larry raising her.

I'm saying I disagree with the ruling putting Anna in the ground in the Bahamas and ignoring Virgie by appointing a GAL for DL. Even if I accepted the GAL, I don't think the outcome is good for Dannielynn. My grounds for those two disagreements are: common sense, fairness and legal grounds.

And unlike Stern, who was going to keep the girl from anyone on that side of the family forever, apparently, I don't agree with that. And LB agrees with me, because when asked under oath if he would include Virgie in DL's life he said absolutely.

Court Allows Challenge From Smith's Mom

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A Florida appeals court issued a stay Monday in the dispute over Anna Nicole Smith's body, ruling that her remains cannot be moved to the Bahamas until the judges hear a challenge from the starlet's estranged mother.

The Florida 4th District Court of Appeal agreed to hear Virgie Arthur's request to overturn a trial judge's decision giving control of Smith's body to the attorney for the centerfold's infant daughter. That attorney decided she should be buried next to her son in the Bahamas.

Arthur has been seeking to bury her daughter in her native Texas.

The court gave other attorneys in the case until 2 p.m. Tuesday to respond to the challenge.

Sometimes I sit and wonder, what's so cool about pooh-poohing this story? We've got a whole bunch of folks involved in very illegal stuff and yet only idiots care about it.

I am convinced that Trim Spa has a nefarious role in all this. That president has been on Greta all last week. Trim Spa is headquartered, I THINK, in the Bahamas. He's been a Howard Stern spokesperson.

TWO people die, two healthy young people. Only ONE person was present and involved both times. Yet this same person is, la-di-da, sticking out his tongue and forcing the world to treat him as if he isn't a possible double murderer and kidnapper.

Thanks for your list. I've been blogging this case since the beginning and been getting lots of hits. There's a lot of interest in this case, and there should be.

I wouldn't know - since I never saw it, I don't know the context of it.

She also told Larry King that Daniel was going to move to The Bahamas and go to college there. It's just so hard to say which things she said were true and which were BS, because she was an active addict.
