Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Smith's Mother Seeks to Overturn Order

Did you hear HKS, while on the stand, tell the judge that a Baptist minister performed their "ceremony" on the boat? He seemed to have emphasized it, hoping the judge would interpret it as a legal marriage. After, that the judge called Anna Mrs. Stern at least once.

I wonder if ANYONE ever took into consideration what DANIEL would have wanted? He didn't know anyone in the Bahamas. Seems his friends were all in Calif.

It seems that the mother ruled - Virgie has a precedent!

Daniel was almost 21 - ANS was bombed out of her mind - she should never have been allowed to make any decisions - and you will notice that when it suits HKS "Anna wanted this and that" yet when it doesn't suit him "she was amnesiac, or grieving, or medicated for pain/grief".

HK$ wants to control her in death as he did in life.

Atty Pinder showed up at the court house today. He stopped and talked to the reporters.

Social Services had already assigned a Guardian ad litem (sp) for the baby in the Bahamas

Pinder is filing for the eviction of Stern from the house but he is willing to set-up up a different residence for Stern & the baby.
Pinder wants a ruling on the eviction today.

Stern is still presumed the father but the signature on the birth cert is not valid because Stern himself did not sign the birth cert. (I wonder who did it - Anna?)

Also Pinder did say that Stern has another place on the island. (not sure if that is a purchased property or if it Pinder saying he will put Stern up in a place on the island after he gets kicked out of the Horizon house)

Weeping Judge Won't Change His Decision

The judge who cried as he issued his ruling in the Anna Nicole Smith case is refusing to reconsider his decision.

Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, had asked Judge Larry Seidlin to change his mind about turning the body over to the lawyer acting as the guardian for Smith's baby. At the time of his ruling, Seidlin urged that Smith be buried in the Bahamas, with her son.

Monday, Seidlin said he won't reconsider.

Hours before he announced his decision in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Arthur's lawyer was up the road in West Palm Beach, asking an appeals court to overturn Seidlin's ruling. The lawyer claims Seidlin treated Arthur "as though she were nothing."

Arthur wants Smith buried in Texas. Her lawyer says it would be an inconvenience for Arthur to go to a cemetery in the Bahamas.

Who the hell signed it? - Is Stern already playing it was all Anna's idea and is HE telling them that it is not his signature on the Birth Cert? - Odd, how this is coming out now! - I think Stern did sign it and now he is cleaning up his mess and is going to play the blame game hoping he can slide out of all these legal issues that could land him in jail.

My CERTIFIED birth certificate has neither my mother's name or my dad's name on it. It just has my full name, date of birth and city of birth. That's NYS.

Go back to the boat. That's what that was about. "See, we're living together, Anna loves boats, have made a commitment and we have this baby".

I think the whole boat thing was done for purposes of "living declaration" of someone who was soon to be deceased.

Never heard either of them mention a REAL pending wedding until after she died. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).

And we ALL know, she would have had a dress in the works. That's Anna!!

I think Pinder is making sure Stern has a place to stay so that Stern won't claim he does not have a place to stay. Stern has to stay until at least March 23rd. I think Pinder wants him to stick around to face the music in the Bahamas. Plus I am sure they would rather have him stay on land and not in the boat where he could slip away much easier if he was allowed to stay on the boat.

I think the baby will be taken into SS care as soon as he served with an eviction notice.
