Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

That's my point. ET is and was paying HKS and ANS for their story, and reporting their "exclusive" side of the story. That was back on Sept 25, and neither HKS and ANS knew that where the burial would take place would EVER become such an issue. So they had issued statements that Daniel's body was going back to the states. Kind of flies in the face of the argument that "Anna always wanted to be buried in the Bahamas, doesn't it?"

I'm sorry. You lost me. Could you please tell me this another way cuz i wanna understand it? And in the meantime i'll go get more coffee!

more than likely Thompson and Shelley are partners. I am sure there is a reason why it was done in Ben Thompson's name even though Shelley coughed up the bucks for it. Also Shelley might be blowing smoke about coughing up the bucks for it. The whole deal was really strange but they were smart enough to cover their backs in the event the deal went sour. (which it did.)

I'm not worried about Virgie's motion. While Stern is sitting in his jail cell, the family can have both bodies removed back to the states. Money?? If Larry is the father and controls the estate, he'll take care of it.

Wait. I get it now (i think). I missed the part about the statement that Daniels body would be buried in the states happened in Sept. I was thinking this was something that ET just reported today or something.

So ET was reporting the truth in Sept, that the plan was for Daniel to be buried in the US. I guess somewhere along the line HKS realized that going to the states was not a good idea.

Sept 21, 2006 - Death certificate issued for Daniel

Sept 25, 2006 - People magazine reports that the body of Daniel Smith is at Butler Home in the Bahamas, waiting to be shipped back to the United States.

Sept 26, 2006 - HKS goes on LKL and claims that he is Dannielynn's father.

Sept 28, 2006 - "Commitment ceremony" aboard a boat

Oct 19, 2006 - Daniel Wayne Smith laid to rest in the Bahamas.

We know that sometime in Sept ET and The Insider paid $650K for the "last pics of Daniel", and as we well know, along with the pictures, ET also only presents HKS's side of the story.

3 weeks after Daniel died they were still planning to bury him in the US.
