Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

"don't we have enough evidence against HKS to at least bring him in for questioning?"
________________________________________________________

IIRC -HK$ and ANS were supposed to attend Daniel's inquest - which was postponed to some time in March.

One has to wonder what ANS' testimony would have been. HK$ has stated that she had amnesia surrounding Daniel's death.
Yeah, Right!
Well, she cannot testify now - that's for sure.

Right. Unless she confided in someone credible. She did have at least one good friend. Altho the way HKS had her isolated and with her phones tapped she may not have been able to tell anyone. However, Birkhead did say that they text messaged each other recently.

And another thing. Remember Birkhead said there was a previous miscarriage. Could Stern have done something to bring that on?

You come up with such great questions.

Just keeps my mind swirling, lol!

I agree - but that is not what the article in question was stating. The article claims it was grabbed to get Larry's DNA off it. I was answering questions about if a DNA test could be turned around that fast and what I thought was a question about what would Stern's purpose be if the results from the cup would not be allowed in court. I now see it was not truly a question.

From the article you quoted: "This is an entirely private matter."

Hogwash. This is a public matter involving potentially two murders. Whoever wrote this is an idiot to say that.

I haven't been able to find that attorney yet - but there is a McCartney with Halsbury Chambers, the law firm she was using.

Did the one you saw look like this? His name is Branville, or "Bran" and is prominent there.

I am thinking that the 1st miscarriage was more a natural thing and a early miscarriage. But I do believe during her second pregnancy he was out to make her miscarriage the 2nd baby. I don't think he wanted her to have anymore children period.

Things that other people bring up are usually what raise even more questions in my mind. And my mind is swirling too. There are so many aspects to this; so many people involved; shady characters mostly (especially you know who) and just so many questionable events. And i care because altho ANS didn't live the most moral life, she did seem to be a nice person and didn't have to die so young. She was sad in her last days but had Danielynn Hope.

I'm no doctor but i would venture a guess that most miscarriages are early. But now we know he was feeding her drugs. OK, so if he cared about her and she was pregnant wouldn't he have tried to get her off the drugs. Was she in rehab during the time of the first pregnancy? If he cared about her he should've insisted on that. He knew she wanted a baby. And she always apparently took his advice. He had what seems to be complete control over her.

Well I should say he didn't want her to get pregnant by some "poor" man. If she would have got pregnant with ol' man Marshall's child Stern would have been thrilled.

THE ANNA NICOLE BONANZA

The Minister of Tourism Obie Wilchcombe, the hotel sector, the taxi drivers must be laughing all the way to the bank these days. Anna Nicole Smith’s living in The Bahamas came with a manufactured controversy by the political enemies of The Bahamas within and without, but it has turned into a bonanza for the tourism sector. The media of the United States is camped here in The Bahamas in their scores, paying everyone in sight to give their story on a slow day. They have even staked out the Lakeview Cemetery that is the burial place of the son of Anna Nicole and will likely be her burial place if the body is brought to Nassau for burial. They are attempting to bribe the staff at the graveyard to tell them where his unmarked grave is.
The Crystal Palace hotel has about 30 rooms taken up by the press people. Then you have the telecommunications fees that they pay to do the transmissions. The taxi drivers are getting in on the lot by ferrying tourists and reporters to the place where Anna Nicole’s house is. The tour to drive to the house is $75 per person. Not bad for a half hour ride. But the greatest bonanza of all is the publicity and the future affects that it will have. It is reported that Chinese tourists are lining up to come to The Bahamas because they want to see Anna Nicole’s house. Serve Hubert Ingraham and his buddies right. They thought they were killing the PLP but instead they caused unwittingly the country to have greater publicity and the PLP has come out far ahead on this one. When the Lord closes one door he always opens another.

If you are watching CourtTV - how stupid is that anchor Bloom(?) She doesn't know why ANS was wearing clown make-up.

Hands up FReepers - we know don't we?

She was at Myrtle Beach with the Shellys and Ben Thompson's grandchild Riley put the clown make-up on ANS.

Duh!

"She doesn't know why ANS was wearing clown make-up."

I know, I thought the very same thing.

Some of the anchors on CTV aren't very good. But I have to say that Jean Kasaras (sp?), their on-the-scene reporter, has done some of the best reporting of anyone from any organization though the whole story.

So i guess this isn't like Aruba after all. Anna was a celeb and Natalie Holloway wasn't. But still the Bahaman authorities had better do the right thing. It would be an even bigger bonanza for them if they do.

Found this priceless tidbit in the article(s);

"What the writer asserts about the law in The Bahamas is not correct. There is an action now on paternity and guardianship; you can’t avoid having the proper father by coming to The Bahamas. - Editor"

I just saw her. She seemed to have been making an big issue out of the fact that Virgie would have to get a passport if Anna is buried in the Bahamas. She emphasized that twice. Surely she could come with a better argument than that.
