Posted on 02/08/2007 12:39:03 PM PST by kcvl

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

This is from an E! article on Daniel's death.

Smith had begun preparing to have Daniel's body sent to California for a funeral, but those plans have been put on hold and her reps have suggested that the boy may instead be interred in the Bahamas. Anna Nicole became a resident there shortly before the birth of Dannielynn Hope.

Who are these reps who talked her into burying her in the bahamas? Probably HKS who knew they couldn't go to Cali. because of the paternity test. So far Anna the Bahamas was a second choice and not where she really wanted Daniel.

Whoa! Major!

WRT Danielynn, they keep saying she was born in the Bahamas, lives in the Bahamas, has never been anywhere but the Bahamas, BUT is it possible she has dual citizenship?

Is it possible that the Trimspa couple helped HKS convince Anna to go to the Bahamas. After all, T-spa wouldn't want her photographed big and pregnant, and especially after she gave birth and until she lost the weight again and was presentable as a Trimspa specimen. Even if she were no longer their spokeswoman, they'd still want her to project that she was still taking Trimspa. HKS could've fed them this and in all their greed they might've thought it was a good idea.

I don't know but I DO think the Trim-spa guy is hinky.

I dunno what "hinky" is but it don't sound good. In which case, the wife is hinky too. sleazy and greedy are other good descriptive terms for them.

Is that a local term? I've never heard it. When my kids got back from college in Riverside, Ca and Pittsburgh, Pa they told me that the kids were saying words they'd never heard of before.

Her fever had broken by Wednesday. That afternoon, she fell in the bathroom and hit her head. She said she was feeling fine, had a meal and went back to bed.

Hmmmm, this doesn't jive with the drunk bartender/waiter who said she came down (as Wilma Flintstone) and ate dinner.

>Daniel may have picked up her drink by mistake. Or maybe Stern accidently mixed up the drinks and gave Daniel the juiced up one by mistake.<

This works if you discount motive and HKS' past history of separating Anna from the close people in her life. As has been posted here, Daniel's 21st birthday, this past January, would have removed $tern from the driver's seat, and would have eliminated his ability to control old man Marshall's money.

There's plenty of motive to think this was no accident.

Yeah I know. I heard him say that too. I just think it is pretty weird(?) for him to throw that Flintstone name out. Maybe he couldn't keep his stories together in his mind from all the stress of being on the stand.

That was reported very early on in this thread. In fact, there was a picture of her, sitting there drinking. The picture was taken from her right side, if I remember correctly. It said she was at the bar at the hotel drinking heavily.

Since then, I've been waiting for more word of that, but since we haven't, I assumed that the bartender has clammed up, or the picture was an old one and the story simply isn't true.

But still what is the significance of that? I'm still not getting it?

The only thing I keep thinking is he was trying to make it look like she was okay the night before - even as he forgot he said she never left the room. Maybe he said she never left the room and then thought about how it might look (and then thought they might think who knows when she died) and decided to really get it out that she likes to use the Flintstone name and miraculously a bartender/waiter says she was there the night before.

Wasn't Trimspa or whatever...in the process of selecting a new person as a rep? And the Hardrock has been the companys homebase?? Was Howard doing other business with the company that week and the boat was a ruse?? (Watch what the other hand is doing.)

Don't tell me Howard stayed in the hotel every day. Did they have room service every day?? Who did Howard see while in Florida? Who visited Anna in her room?

We're being fed little tiny pieces of the events of that week and we're missing the big picture.

So if Danielynn is an American citizen, then why did that FLA judge say this paternity case belongs in Bahaman court? The US should have jurisdiction then. Why isn't Opri saying that? Altho, she is the lawyer and i'm...not.

And even if the will was done in 2001 it would still have been HKS who drew it up presumably. Otherwise, what good was he.

We know HKS continued to spike her IV's when she was supposed to be detoxing in the hospital in California. The knowledge of that from last weeks' testimony only serves to make me more convinced he was spiking her drinks in the hospital and Daniel accidentally ingested her drink.

In addition to the baby sedative story in the week's In Touch magazine, on the same page is a picture of ANS taken 12 days prior to her death.
She was at a Bahama boat race and " was drunk."
" Her daughter was being taken care of by some random woman " says a witness.
Judge Seidlin had a duty to at least get the facts straight about the case, due to the time constraint of the unburied remains and the welfare of the baby.
It was obvious by his many remarks that he didn't have a clue about the background and history of the participants.
Which makes his courtroom antics even more reprehensible.
Somebody in authority ,somewhere has to put the welfare of the baby first, before it's too late.
