Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Wonder how Kimmie will come off on the witness stand....
I wonder if the Wendy's cup was picked up as evidence. Or if "somebody" got rid of it before the cops arrived.

Surely some of Daniels friends will be able to testify how he felt about HKS. If he didn't like the guy (and who could blame him for that) then HKS would certainly lose control of the money.
There is a lot of evidence from what i see that HKS had something to do with Anna's death and maybe less evidence wrt Daniels death.
If this ever goes to trial HKS will be forced to talk badly about Anna. Make her out to be the bad guy. A slut, a druggie, a manipulator. Whatever he wants to say. If anyone on the jury had any bad feelings about Anna when she was alive, and a lot of people did, HKS could get away with murder.
Has Aruba suffered a slow down in tourism because of the disappearance/murder of the girl from Alabama? I'd assume so. There have been some "come to beautiful Aruba" commemrcials on TV. I don't remember Aruba commercials before.
Surely the Bahaman authorities realize that Aruba came off looking like it was run by the elites for the elites and that they were protecting one of their own. The Bahamas won't want that rep.
You even have to look at the order of death. Daniel has to come first.
Wellll, I didn't either other than the fact that he was in wayyy too much of a hurry to get it out - spewing it after the attorney had walked away - especially when he was reluctant to talk about the meds etc. It wasn't until the post upthread that talked about the drunk bartender(?) that said she came in and ate dinner the night before and used Wilma Flintstone as a name that the bell in my head went ding.
I have a feeling if there was a check trying to get through for the house, the "wrong" banker took a look at the transaction and saw a lot of huge withdrawals and it set up a flag. Perhaps it was a USA account and it was an automatic thing....
Right, but he keeps on saying he loved Anna. We shall see if his tune changes should charges be brought and he goes to trial.

If memory serves not only did he throw in the Mrs. Flintstone thing even as the judge was saying "that's enough", but HKS added "she liked using that one". Anyone else recall hearing it that way?
But still what is the significance of that? I'm still not getting it?
Howard is stupid. He thought he had Elvis in his clutches. He's done nothing more than make trouble for himself and a lot of other people. You and I are happier with our simple lives. I think mine is terribly exciting given my lovely grandchildren, children and my work. And I'm 63. Is life easy?? Lotsa bumps but the rewards are there in so many small ways. Life is good!!
LOVE IT!!! I think that's why so many people are interested in this case. In our collective gut we know Larry is the father and we want him to be with his daughter.
You know if even ONE of the things that HKS has done here were done by one of us regular people we'd be behind bars right now. Let's see if HKS is above the law....
I believe there was the purchase of the house in good faith contingent upon the owner receiving a payment. In other words, No money....no house. No transfer occurred. The early story from Anna was that it was a gift. The problem with that is...you still have to transfer title and she didn't say it was a gift for the residency bit.
HKS IS stupid. Anna was cute and all but her talent and popularity were nothing compared to that of Elvis. Altho i'm very sad that she is dead.
Every day it looks more and more like HKS was a terrible lawyer. Anna could've gotten someone so much better. And her decorator, ugh! Man oh man could she have done better.
Did ET ask Kimmie who drew up the will? In 2005 that would've been HKS no? And he allowed her to put in the clause about any future children or spouses getting nothing. Didn't Birkhead say that in 2005 he and Anna were together. Was HKS concerned that Anna would marry Birkhead?
I heard someone say recently on TV that Anna was smart. I get the impression she was very naive tho. Could HKS have told her that she needed to exclude future children and spouses because if she added anybody who wasn't alive during her marriage to Howard Marshall that she'd get nothing?
