Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
No, I haven't heard that story. Interesting, though since I didn't understand why ANS so soon after a C-section would be up checking him since he was seen helping her to the bathroom during the night.

And, I wonder why he was depressed? Maybe because his mother went to the Bahamas. It would be interesting to know their history, was he a real mommies boy etc.? I will try to research a bit since I'm home early today from work.
Did you read the one girls statement on TMZ that worked for them in the Bahamas that said she was told to give the baby less than the normal 3oz of formula because Anna wanted the baby to look sexy. Ick if that is true. And that Anna tried to kill herself twice after Daniel died, once with some liquid sleeping aid and the other by drowning. Apparently HKS dove in to rescue her and said to Anna that if she died he would be in trouble.

Yes. Actually there is two signed depositions from two nannies saying the same thing and they were filed, in the Bahamas, prior to her death.

I found this to be interesting as she clearly couldn't stay monogamous for long and she might have expected Larry to be true to her while she was out cheating:

Authorities say there is no evidence of homicide or suicide. A private examiner hired by the family, Cyril Wecht, said in an interview from his Pittsburgh office that the son was taking a low dose of the antidepressant Lexapro at the time of his death but he did not know whether it was a factor.
"We'll have to see if it proves to be an accidental drug-related death due to a couple of drugs in his system," said Wecht, who added that blood tests have ruled out the presence of alcohol and some drugs including cocaine, opiates and amphetamines.
Scott criticized the Bahamas' head coroner, Linda Virgill, for labeling the death "suspicious" last week and saying that her office knew the cause of death before toxicology tests were complete.
"Unless she's psychic or God, unless the pathologists know the cause of death, how does she?" said Scott, adding that some in the Bahamas worried the highly publicized case was affecting the island chain's image.

HOUSTON (AP) -- A former household worker is suing Guess? jeans model Anna Nicole Smith, alleging sexual harassment, sexual assault and false imprisonment.
Ms. Smith is suing the former employee for slander.
Maria Antonia Cerrato worked for Ms. Smith from 1992 until last year as a housekeeper and baby sitter for Ms. Smith's 8-year-old son.
Ms. Smith's lawyer, T. Patrick Freydl, said in Sunday's Houston Chronicle that Ms. Cerrato's May 27 lawsuit is a $2 million ``celebrity shakedown.''
Ms. Smith filed a slander lawsuit May 19 against Ms. Cerrato that also asked for repayment of a $25,000 loan.
On Thursday, Freydl filed a request to move Ms. Cerrato's lawsuit from state to federal court because Ms. Cerrato lives in Houston while Ms. Smith lives in Los Angeles.
Ms. Smith, a 23-year-old former Playboy Playmate, married 89-year-old oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall on June 27.

Hi AC, do i detect a hint of sarcasm in the "People mag said"? I personally, get People Mag for the pictures not the content. The lovely gowns and the celebs sitings on the street drinking looking all tore up and drinking Starbucks. Stuff like that.

I just had a thought whizz through my head (I caught it before it went on through). LOLL I was watching the hearing when HKS offered that last alias (the Flintstone one). It seemed to me he wanted to get it out before he was shut up. He sure seemed to me to want to let everyone know about it. Maybe to show she was up and alive that night before. Was there a waiter/waitress sho actually saw her?
