Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Thanks for the info. There was a link posted to the SB forum during our discussions, and I added it.
Appreciate your help. Lots of folks like me stay so much on the current threads, we never have gone completely through all of the (long) FR Help threads on posting, subs, etc.
Yep, I'm with you.
Whoa. I suppose everyone is going to "come out" about their moments with her.
When Stern was testifying, he told the judge that she used aliases, and one she used for dinner reservations was Wilma Flintstone. Remember the laughter in the courtroom?
I do remember that. I just didn't know she might have dined and used it at the Hard Rock this last time.
Interesting, I came across an October issue of People Magazine (cleaning out my magazine stash) this morning and guess who was speaking to the magazine about how Daniel died and what caused it?.... yep! Mr. Trimspa.
because the Ephedra sped up metabolism, and caused heart problems in people who took too much or had underlying heart problems. Too bad, because it did work.
They said it was a twenty minute drive from the Hard Rock. They were at the boat when Howard was called. King Eric Gibson was to motor the boat back to the Bahamas [probably why his "companion" was along] and that was 8 - 9 hour trip.
Why wasn't it registered?
you read my thoughts ...
Does that signature say Shane Miller?
Interesting to me the stomach pains since Wecht said he found a heart failure issue in his autopsy.
He did go to the hospital from airport -- Stern picked him up and then Stern went out for drinks and chicken strips.
Daniel and his mom were huggy-kissie for two hours and then Daniel settled into the chair to sit next to his mom and around 7:40 a.m. it was noticed they were all sleeping (ANS, HKS, Daniel) and at 9:30 ANS woke, checked Daniel and he was gone...
ANS was hysterical and sedated to get her to leave the hospital after which she suffered memory loss an didn't remember Daniel was dead.
I was talking about what it said above re: Shane Miller.
That's why I gather that the boat was located at one of the inland waterway docks closer to Hard Rock rather than at the MiaBeach sales office.
I can only imagine who will ultimately write the juciest novel on her life and death.
No one is saying, but it is a gap in his quest to fight this in the Bahamas.
Right, it says he is the Registrar but I don't see anything signed saying Shane Miller witnessed this (as required under Bahamian law).
