Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
He could be telling a partial truth. A whacked out of her mind ANS could be talked into anything and think it was her own decision.
Just under $500K
as i said to the person who posted the thread ABOUT this thread, why would anyone spend one minute wondering about what interests other people and why? there are threads on FR that i have never gone on, will never go on, because i am not interested. yet there are people who are DISTURBED by the fact that people are interested in this. they need more to worry about, obviously.
People magazine said she was pleased with the boat because it had two bedrooms (I found that intruguing) and a front deck for sunbathing.
I just went to the Sunseeker site because that's really the only "brand" I thought of at the time. A friend of mine is a VIP there. I must have pulled up the UK sales site by mistake instead of Miami. Sorry. I was in a hurry and didn't notice.
Like I said, no problem :)
Has anyone checked out the distance of the yacht from the Hard Rock?
Does anyone know where the boat was docked and where Howie was meeting with Mr. Bruck?
If the boat was docked right near their office, then I would submit the following up for thought:
Starting from: 1 Seminole Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33314-6407 (Hard Rock)
Arriving at: 4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140-3227 (Reel Deal Yacht Brokerage)
Distance: 25.5 miles
Approximate Travel Time: 30 mins
Just for fun, here's the layout of the new version of her yacht. I'd say the bedroom at the stern was for ANS and the bedroom at the bow was for Stern.

Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern were in South Florida this week for business surrounding a purchase from Reel Deal Yachts of Miami Beach. Reel Deal's owner and President, Marcos Morjain, confirmed that the actual yacht purchase (pictured below) was finalized two weeks ago with Stern, Smith, and their Captain, during their last trip to Miami.
Smith was enthusiastic about the yacht purchase and having it moved to their new home in the Bahamas. The Captain and Stern took possession of the yacht yesterday (Thursday February 8, 2007). Details of the purchase cannot be released. Smith and Stern's plans were to transport the yacht this morning to the Bahamas. Reel Deal confirms the yacht is on schedule to leave South Florida today. No further comment is available from Reel Deal Yachts.
Click here to see the Birth Certificate that was posted to TMZ.
Apologies in advance, but I didn't follow this during Daniel's death investigation. Was it ever said he took drugs at all? What was the cause of death?
dots are starting to connect. I think I know, now, why they took the birth certificate. HKS cannot take it back (now) to the registrar (through his friends the Gibsons) and have it notarized as if it was signed in front of the Registrar as required.... the copy that is missing proves it was not properly registered. (am i making any sense?)
I've been looking into the yacht. I haven't found any mention of where it was actually docked. Could be anywhere from Ft Lauderdale to Miami Beach. There are plenty of inland waterway docks/storage near Hard Rock..an easy 10 minute drive. In addition, there's plenty more as one travels closer to the Ft Lauderdale coast...say, 25-30 minutes.
The travel time from Hard Rock to MBeach would be closer to 45-60 minutes in reality. He'd be slowed down getting to I-95 and then traffic on the beach is horrendous.
~LOL~ no brainer, when I turned 18 I'd file for my Bahamian Citizenship and take my inheritance in the Bahamas.
Found this on someone's blog.
All I've seen in the media is that Anna never came out of her room. Has it been discussed here about this allegation?:
Lastly, we did find one employee of the Hardrock that was drunk at the bar our last night there and did manage to give us this one scoop of detail....allegedly, the night before her death, Anna went down to a restaurant in the casino to eat dinner...the name on the reservation......Wilma Flintstone....true story!!
People reports the following:
An interior designer was working with Smith to choose bedspreads; new flat-screen TVs and electronics had already been installed while the Cracker was in a Fort Lauderdale marina, being readied for the eight- to 10-hour sail to Nassau on Friday with a Bahamian captain at the helm, but without the couple.
Stern was at the boat Thursday when he got the call that Smith was in dire condition, Bruck tells PEOPLE.
Wilma! LOL
