Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I do not think Virgie is in any of this for the money. I think she wants Anna Nicole near her so she can visit her grave easily. She said if Anna is buried in the Bahamas, she will not be able to visit her grave any. Virgis is NOT wealthy and only got to the Bahamas with the help of her friend the journalist for "Flash". I don't consider that assistance as outrageous at all. Howard, as Virgie said, is the one who has been living off Anna's money all these years (as Howard openly admitted on the stand yesterday - she paid for his rent in California, she paid for his shoes, and his restaurant meals......just to mention a few things).

I think Virgie is legit in caring about Anna's remains being near her - and wanting her grandson's remains near her. As next of blood kin to Anna, her attorney said the statues in Florida are totally clar - she should have the sayso in where Anna's remains are buried. ergo her appeal to stop the burial in the Bahamas.

I think if $tern is coming around, it is because some iota of the law school training is coming to the front lobes of his brain, and he realized (on the stand) that he could really go down...not just financially, but incarceration wise.

He was on about half past the hour on BOR, he had nothing good to say about this guy (BTW the showed more of the TMZ Gay Parade Bar Tape). said he's seen a lot like him who are nothing more than doctors like the Elvis doc, giving drugs for access to the beautiful people and life.... slimes. It could be that Larry is willing to leave the money alone, he just wants his baby. Also it's very possible that the birth cert is not legal like Pinder said because it was not signed in front of the registrar. Stern wants control of the money, not the baby - if Larry is willing to back off of control of the money and then there is the illegal birth cert. This may have Stern backed into corner enough to give up if he knows Larry will not fight for control of the money.

I watched the reality show a few times and thought she was a down to earth, sincere person. I saw her tonight and felt she wasn't telling the truth and was hiding something. Especially when she said HKS was a good person.
