It could be that Larry is willing to leave the money alone, he just wants his baby. Also it's very possible that the birth cert is not legal like Pinder said because it was not signed in front of the registrar. Stern wants control of the money, not the baby - if Larry is willing to back off of control of the money and then there is the illegal birth cert. This may have Stern backed into corner enough to give up if he knows Larry will not fight for control of the money.

When they alluded to an arrangement last night, that's what I was thinking might be going on. What could happen so that everybody could get what they want? The only problem with that plan was Virgie. What did she get?

Whatever 'the deal' was to make them look unified, Virgie was never satisfied yesterday, and you could tell. She couldn't speak and she was not happy. Larry was sweet to her, but she was not happy.

I only wish she hadn't taken that photog along to the viewing. I heard part of the ruling read, and her credibility was cited for that, and also she tried to get around it on the witness stand.

Stern may be sitting in jail before this is over, so Larry would be a fool to cut any sort of deal with that guy.

I can't imagine how HKS has any claim to that money without the baby. And if he made a deal with Larry to back off the money HKS would look all the more sinister and guilty. And when all is said and done HKS is probably going to jail for one thing or another, if not the deaths, there are no doubt other crimes he's committed in this realm. And when all is said and done the money will go where the baby goes. It may take years (as it already has for ANS). But i think Larry is concerned about the welfare of the baby at this point, as so many of us are. Drugs have been in the same house as little Daneilynn and HKS.
