Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
And...it's just heresay, anecdotal. I just reported what was on the news. :)
Even more amazing....according to her brilliant, enabling lawyer....she had no life insurance. Did anyone ask about life insurance on Daniel??
According to People, the reason Daniel was living with a friend of ANS? She kicked him out after he stayed out all night. I'm sure Howie had a part in that. Daniel was in the way and had probably been in the way for years. I think HKS killed him.
Somebody please put me on the ping list.
Looks like it was in December. Can't imagine unless they plan something "special"
Wasn't that when they planned to reveal the new Trimspa model?? Tacky....
3 people were suing ANS when she died. What happens now? They sue her estate?
I found an exception. Given an odd situation, you can get married at sea. The Captain has a blank license with him. He signs it and notorizes it and files the license AFTER the marriage occurs....in a timely fashion.
Now, coming from a different direction. They were married by a Baptist minister. Does the church require a license???? No!! The state or country does. There's probably something about being in international waters that is applicable.
I think Anna thought they actually got married.....otherwise she would have been ordering a dress....like she always does for special occasions and she would have said something about the pending real wedding and I don't believe either one of them said boo about it prior to her death.
Yes, her estate.. they are seeing $ signs..
Yes....Howard created the symphony.....but I hear a squeeky violinist in the pit. Snotty Peterson all over.
On 15 Feb Alex Goen said there was a TrimSpa event planned in the Bahamas 18-22 Feb where they were looking for a new TrimSpa spokesperson. He said that they wanted to have the funeral coincide with this, I remember it, and a number of us remarked about it.
I had noted the above link as a source, however I'm not finding the info there anymore.
I'd be more interested in reading her previous will to see who the Executor was and primary beneficiaries. I bet the Aunt was the Executor and Daniel's guardian. That Aunt and Daniel were both at her wedding to Marshall.
Yes. This has been riveting!
Yeah, right. Once this current sham will is deemed null and viod that old one would be in force unless there was a subsequent one i would think. I sure hope they find it.
It is TOTALLY unbelievable that she didn't have life insurance. Literally unbelievable. Maybe there is a policy somewhere with HKS as beneficiary.
Does he live there? I have a daughter across the Hudson.
Shucks...HKS just missed it....Good!
You think if she were lil stripper Vicki Lynn that this guy wouldn't be a dead beat dad?
I am no fan of Howards, but I see no reason people that support him have to be refered to as "sick". Perhaps those posting know him. I don't. For all we know, he is the father.
It appears Anna Nicole preferred him over the alternative. And don't get me started on the absentee mom Virgie.
They're all scum.
Trimspa certainly had an insurance policy on her. Probably with Llyods.
