Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
OH, right.

Inside Edition reports on their website that she was seen in the casino Tuesday "slurring words and appearing groggy". They said a photo was taken of she and Stern.
Weren't there supposed to be at least two prescibing docs, according to Harvey Levin? He's only given us one name, so far.
Wait. Yes the water would show up in her lungs, but that would make it look like an accident then. Which is the whole idea, no?
We also heard she was downstairs doing shots the morning she died, I tend to disbelieve that report, however.
From what I remember of the coroners report it was the combination of two different anti-depressants along with the methadone that killed him. The combination was lethal.
Yes and I'd be willing to make a bet Doctor Ershovich will be one of the other prescribing doctors. Something else Stern was not beleiveable about yesterday.
Water in the lungs with all the drugs might look like an accident, but would also spawn more of an investigation ... I think they gave her a fatal suppository (ala marilyn Monroe). There was a hydromorphine-type wrapper found in the room and that is where Texas was going with questioning yesterday when the judge shut him down.

But my gosh, isn't that pretty sloppy---to leave that wrapper in the room?
So she has a near fatal accident on Wed, then a fatal accident on Thursday. Hmmm. Dr. Perper has got to be thinking something isn't right here. He's doing all kinds of toxicology tests. My bet is that he's covering his tracks to try and rule out foul play. But he may not be so lucky.
I don't know why they suggest using those things, they don't work. It's pure BS.

I think I was trying to point out that HKS, who was engaged to her, obviously didn't buy her the engagement ring...she did. He is such a loser!
Was it Texas or Houston asking Toad about that week? Maybe they have a pic of her and Toad in the casino....but, the judge kept telling them to sit down and shut up....

I was a bit perturbed when the judge referred to her today as "Mrs. Stern."

Does anyone know if any of the incriminating statments Birkhead made on the stand about HKS would be inadmissable in a criminal court?
Yeah, shows how much Bonnie knew - she kept saying the big wedding date was going to be 2/27 and HKS kept saying 2/23.
