Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Maybe if Perper spent less time running between Greta, Rita, CTV, etc., he could analyze her death results.
Fox reported earlier that the Bahama court granted an extension saying Toad couldn't take Dannilynn out of the country.
Larry Birkhead said something to that effect also yesterday on the witness stand.
Maybe. And maybe he was waiting for this hearing to be over. Because his outcome could be prejudicial.
I suppose she wouldn't have feared a paternity suit unless she knew that LB was the real father. I believe that HKS was putting these fears in her. She being in such a vulnerable and easily manipulated state lately.
I think Toad is very clever.....he got rid of Daniel and then made sure Anna was so out of it, he could spin the tale of her being destroyed by his death. So, logically, she killed herself. Seems very clear to me. But, I don't know what he would gain with her dead. So, it makes no sense and I'm babbling. lol
I agree. It wouldn't make any sense in having her dead. She provided the income. Maybe if they did actually get a legal marriage before she died.
That is a good thing.
IMHO Toad is a possible flight risk at the present.
I hope someone is keeping an eye on him 24/7.
Actually it makes perfect sense. There is some money angle that he had in mind. We just don't know exactly how he thought that would come down at this point, only that it had to do with Daniellynns pending fortune.
Possible murder(Danielynn)-suicide (himself) watch as well? I am not sure if he is that crazy yet. I don't want the baby harmed.
No worse than all the desperate women writing to Scott Peterson professing their undying love. We have a lot of women with no self-respect in this world.
Larry knew how many drugs she was killing herself with. She and Toad probably knew Larry would fight for custody. And Anna would lose.
One huge mistake that Larry made was not reporting to the doctors or nurses if Toad was giving ANS drugs while she was in the hosp. He should have reported it and got Howie tossed out on his rear.
I can't stand to look at Perper. He has such a weird head.
Could it have been unintentional death. He just wanted to keep her drugged up as much as possible, no intention of taking her life. But the drugs got to be too much for her.

Didn't he also say that the reason they went to the Bahamas in the first place was to get away from Larry Birkhead?
The same lawyer said that Dannilynn is a ward of the Bahamas......does that make sense?
That was a major mistake on Larry's part. I'm thinking he was probably thinking HKS would keep him away from Anna and the baby if he told anybody. And also at that time he was staying with her in the hospital 24/7 trying to help her on his own.
They do have a cumulative effect. I am interested in the coroners final report. We know the Seminoles are still investigating, they flew down to retrieve the items Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley turned over to the Sheriff in Myrtle Beach and now the Bahamas investigators are going to Florida to look at the items as well.
