Yup....don't overlook that point...The GAL, deemed to be an independent entity solely to PROTECT THE CHILD...he can go back to the court and say that he thinks the child needs to be removed from HKS..which I expect is what will happen. Ashley Banfield on Court TV now tearing ANS apart..remindign us that she battled for her husband's ashes..the judge ordered him cremated, then split them..and ANS left her half of the ashes in the funeral home for FIVE YEARS before she picked them up.

I think that is what is driving this judge over the edge. Not being able to get Stern to give his DNA and get this paternity over. It's obvious that the reason why Stern is fighting is because he knows he may not be the father. What he is doing to Birkhead is disgusting and despicable. ANS was just as bad because she did willingly ran and taunted Larry in the press and in IMs. ANS lived her life in the spotlight and in the courtroom. Banfield is getting slammed for bringing in the idea of karma but I for one agree with her.
