Yup....don't overlook that point...The GAL, deemed to be an independent entity solely to PROTECT THE CHILD...he can go back to the court and say that he thinks the child needs to be removed from HKS..which I expect is what will happen. HKS can't afford to challenge this...especially s ince he's about to be booted from the Bahamas..
