I think he might give the body to Howard but with mucho stipulations and a clause that this action will not supercede any legal action which may occur in the future to have BOTH bodies re-interred to the USA.

So with 18 lawyers in the court room, what at the chances that one or more will appeal whatever the decision is???

The judge talked about an equitable decision. He can't rule all in favor of Stern and call it equitable ... peace, love and kumbaya.

That's what he should do....take it out of Sterns hands. He kept her away from Vergie in life....he shouldn't be allowed to keep her away in death.

"Mom gets the body with an order to bury in the Bahamas. That would be the most fair at this point. Later on when Larry gets the baby, they can have them both moved."
That'll work for me. Just get Stern out of the picture. That would make our day, wouldn't it?

Actually, I was just shocked to hear Nancy Grace and another lawyer state on CTV that they thought so in the first couple of days but today they got it, he has really been trying to get everyone to come together as a group on this and Nancy then said she'd rather have a judge who does get emotionally involved than so many of the judges who really don't care.
The comments of Nancy Grace shocked me because she has been harder on this judge than anyone. So basically, with the exception of Ashley Banfield they have changed their tune over on CTV about the judge.

Agreed. I can't help think of what SNL is going to do with this entire thing...or MADTV. I dunno if I am in the minority here...but I believe she should be buried in the Bahamas next to her son...make Stern do the DNA..leave the money in DaniLynn's name...even if Birkhead is the father which he probably is.

Cmon California, Marilyn Monroe and Hugh Hefner!

That is a possibility... will the Bahamas allow it since she is not a citizen.. more, will they even allow ANS since as of today her residency has been proven invalid?
Wouldn't that be a trip after all this that the Bahamas says nope you can't bury her here when they show up with the body. But to be honest the Bahamas will allow her to be buried there because the tourism it will bring in to the island. (well in their minds the Tourism it will bring in)

No, she was never a citizen. She had residencey because she owned a home over $500K, but she never owned the home and it was fast-tracked.
