Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Yeah well like how could the burlary be successful if the nanny was there, huh? /sarc
The 818 area code (according to my trusty phone book) is for Glendale and San Fernando. The area code for Nassau Bahamas is 242. I have not seen a copy the actual fax so I have no idea for sure if it went to the Bahamas. That is what I heard.
Naturally the baby was taken care of by others because she was too drugged to care for the baby. But that doesn't mean she didn't love Dannielynn. And it's more complicated than that. Any mother, even a drugged one, wouldn't leave their child alone for a week or two after having just lost one. I'm nearly positive that HKS forced her to leave the child.
Continuing: I have no doubt that Anna would want to be buried next to her son. However, his untimely death in the Bahamas and subsequent burial there was a decision "for it's time". So the question might be: If Daniel had died in the USA and had reached the age of 21, what would his wishes be?? Would Anna have him shipped to the Bahamas? Could that even happen? I don't think so. It seems that he was closest to........his gramdmother or his aunt.....and they should have the biggest say as "real family. Danielynn does not make you "real blood".....
I bet the bill for the hotel (Hard Rock) was footed by Trim Spa. Trim Spa had some sort of competition and the winner(s) were staying at the same Hotel courtesy of Trim Spa. That's where one of the TS weight loss winners was wed and ANS was the maid of honor. Anna probobly stayed at the hotel frequently on TS's dime.
I just saw a clip of LB being mobbed by the media outside saying something and Opri statrted laughing. What did he say? I missed it.
Seems like the person who was selling the boat was on one of the shows being interviewed. Also had the guy on who was with Howard when he got the call about Anna. At the time they were looking at the boat.
Brian Killmeade said on F & F that Larry is coming out as the pop star in all of this.
Good morning!
You're right. But I guess Bahamian law is what this is all about. Apparently a woman can place the name of any man on the birth certificate in the Bahamas and it's legal? I wonder if the "father" is required to pay child support, in the Bahamas, after that's done. Then again, perhaps the "father" also has to sign his name and approve of the birth certificate.
I keep pondering what the cold bath would do as far as determining time of death. The nurse said she had blotches on her face and neck when she first saw her. Is that the beginning of rigor??
One of the larger obstacles to exhuming Daniel in The Bahamas and then re-burying him either in TX or CA with Anna being interred whichever place for the first time, is the huge cost involved, which would rest squarely on the shoulders of Virgie and husband, who are not wealthy at all.
I tend to think Billy Smith is probably not wealthy, either. This is a huge burden all around, even though in "concept" it seems the ideal solution. Estimates are anywhere from $30,000 on up, just for Daniel.
Add on all the stuff for ANS and all the attorneys' and travel costs, plus living arrangements during all this, and we're talking a sizable sum.
I'm sure it's going through Virgie and James' minds each time they volunteer for these things, though they would never say it. We heard their income receipts yesterday. Anna Nicole's - or maybe just Howard Stern's - selfishness has led to this.
If Virgie had to let some media pay for her plane fare just to see where her grandson was buried, so what fricking what? It just proves she was willing to do something she didn't really want to do, because she loved Daniel and loved Vickie Lynn.
("Family friend" is such a repugnant term for a media slime who probably called her up at her home in the country a few times a year just to be friendly - and she was flattered - not really thinking it was just to get ANS "items".)
They won't say it's a burden, as her parents, but I will. And I'm on their side and want what they want, too!
I'm watching the live feed online. Stern is intently looking over some papers and Larry keeps walking by trying to see what they are...
Yeah, last night was the first time I'd heard about the purple splotches on her face and neck. Sounds like an infection, like staph or something.
For example, if it had been carbon monoxide poisoning, all of her skin would've been cherry red, not in splotches. Those were concentrated areas of inflammation or infection.
I guarantee that whatever it was causing it, is the same thing causing her advanced deterioration and discoloration of her body in exactly the same places.
That's a good bet. I'm also wondering how they were going to pay for a boat if the monies had not come in yet.
I wouldn't be surprised if the boat was actually paid for by TrimSpa. Then again, credit is often extended generously to famous folks.
How many things do they actually pay for. I thought it was said the burial plots weren't paid for, the house wasn't paid for, etc. etc.
Both ANS and HKS were con artists/grifters, but I believe HKS taught her everything she needed to know and facilitated everything.
