Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Great story: My friend's three year old was caught in the bathroom washing all the money from her piggy bank. She had the bills neatly laid out on a towel to dry. The mother called the father and asked him "How many years can you get for money laudering"?? The father's a cop!!! Ah, children. What joy they can bring!!

That's how I heard it too. I got the impression that he was in negotiations for the funeral and he said if he did get money it would go to Danniellynn...and we all know what that means.

In reference to the phone records on that FAX, didn't the blonde ***** say that she would bring the wife of the other attorney in to testify that the date was wrong on the machine?

I mean geez anyone can say that or even change the date on it now. They said they were going to have her FAX something in to the court showing the date was/is still incorrect.??

Unfortunately with this probate stuff I doubt any phone records have been subpoenaed yet.

There were have been other communications to get that fax either by email or phone call. You don't just a will unless there's a reason. I believe they have Howard's computer from "cleaning" out the house and that is in custody.

I just love it where Howard says: "I am the father under the laws of the Bahamas." Guess he didn't read it real, real good. That's what the commitment ceremony was about. He made very sure it went to the media. A man named Gibson was the Captain of the boat. Was the Baptist Minister a "Gibson", too???

It seemed like when LB said HKS had "a romantic interest" in ANS he was making a humungous understatement. Probably wanted to say HKS was obsessed with ANS but is keeping his testimony reasonable sounding.

I didn't take time to read all of this yesterday, when the trial was going on, but I read it today. That is very interesting. It also tells me that this guy may have been their big hook up to the officials in the Bahamas.

Howard has no friends as far as I can see.....except the "gay" doctor who is a disgusting piece of cr**. Wonder if Dr. Kapoor rents Stern's apartment in California and if so....how long has he been there?? Were they ever room mates?? Not that there's anything wrong with that.

You forget Alex Goen, CEO of TrimSpa. He's a very good friend of HKS.

If fact, I woke up this morning thinking, I hope they call him as a witness, or at least play the tape of an interview he did last week. He was on one of the shows, saying that they had a date picked out for the funeral in the Bahamas, because they intended to have it coincide with a TrimSpa event to pick their next spokesmodel. Anna would have wanted it that way, doncha know.

Fox's reporting, with the exception of Greta has been terrible. I won't watch another Phil Keating report. F & F had a body language on this morning who picked Virgie apart, and said that Howard just appeared nervous. Unreal.

The media has made this a circus, they lie in their reporting. They ask the question: "Where do you think she should be buried?"

Answer:"Oh, the Bahamas definetely, with her son".

The problem with that is, after yesterday's testimony, I'd say that's highly unlikely to happen. About the only way I see that happening is the judge awarding ANS's body to Stern. Beyond the fact, it is NOT the question the judge has to answer. The judge has to fashion a remedy, to award the custody of the body.

So now, if she doesn't get buried in the Bahamas, the judge will take all the blame again. See how easy that was?

If not a prisoner, then perhaps criminal neglect? I don't know. I'm just catching up to this case. At least I have all day today to watch the hearing.

As far as I can see, Howard has no claim to Anna's body. He is neither the husband, unrelated to Danielynn and the will is void on it's face. The mother and father are next of kin as one able to make a decision.

One might think of it this way. If Anna was in a USA hospital, in a coma, who would they notify??
