Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It first came out late last night... very interesting, isn't it? I hope they are going to question HKS about it.

I'm a little behind here, but did anyone hear one of the COURTTV commentators point out that HKS removed his cup from the area yesterday so no one could use it for DNA.

The lightbulb went on when, towards the end of Virgie's testimony, she was questioned by the Guardian Ad Litem and he was saying to her how people change their minds about where they want to be buried, depending on circumstances, and that her daughter Anna Nichole had spoken of wanting to be buried near Marilyn Monroe, and amongst the stars, which Virgie agreed Anna had said to her also. So, that's when I figured out where the Guardian was going, and then I just filled in the rest of the scenario out of my oh to logical brain as to the justifications for burying her in CA.
He (Milstein) did seem negative toward Virgie.
Maybe that's why he has bodyguards ... so no one gets his DNA???

Judge keeps ruling against Virgie's lawyer. GRRRRRRRRRR. They are going to talk about this issue which is a NON-ISSUE keeping Ford Shelley from taking the stand!!!!!
Virgie's lawyer lost on contesting the attorney who has now showed up as the lawyer for Rales!!!!!!
Judge is saying Milstein can talk about this issue - the $$$ profit from ANS death.
Judge is saying: Virgie come up first, then Stern, then Larry Birkhead, then Milstein issue.
That for sure means Ford Shelley will not get on the stand today even though attorneys said he needed to get back home after today.
With Daniel's mother dead his father would be next-of-kin... so I guess he can petition to move his body.
