Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Good job. But you might want to add the professional fees owed Cyril Wecht (he was suing at one point...but we don't know if they paid up) to the debit column.
Could this be deemed a flight to avoid taxes? The diet company said that Anna got a monthly check. I would guess that it was via electronic transfer.
There's no freakin way that Anna would know Bahama Law.
On the stand, Howard said SHE wanted to get married but he didn't so they had the commitment ceremony with the intentions of getting married....In fact it was supposed to be on the day he testified.
Anna would have ordered a dress by that time and sent out invites. Neither of those things happened as far as I can see. The 10 carat rock?? Did that happen. Always a good way to launder money.

Was Anna's intention to live out the rest of her life in the Bahamas? Or just until the Marshall estate was settled??

Taking a stab here...US and Bahamas have a tax treaty..but if Anna and the infant were PR's of the Bahamas...then her will would be probated there under Bahamian law..and thus much easier for HKS to control the estate as the guardian of the child..
Howard must be having a fit. Remember, all he had to do was have a DNA test!! But, knowing Howard, he'll sue someone.
I looked up Rolex watches and they go from $2500.00 to over $10K+ - I have no idea which Rolex model they bought him. But yes they can be pricey depending on if they have diamonds are not set in them.

I'll bet the judges next step is to flew the grandparents to the Bahamas WITH THE JUDGE to see the baby. HOWARD HAS NOT PROVED HIS RIGHTS!!
