Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I wish someone would ask HKS what the source of his $$ is. He's flying back and forth to the Bahamas, living in someone's house, etc.
Thanks!

How does Barth KNOW what he is going to testify. Is there something missing from the home that they don't want out there?
OHHHH - Opri's group wants Ford Shelley on the stand! PLEASE LET THAT HAPPEN!
Stern's group DOESN'T want Shelley on the stand?
put shelley on the stand
Barf is pleading for the Judge to let THEIR star witness come before the court.....and she KEEPS standing up and monopolizing the time.
HOOOORAY!!!! Barth's request is denied!
Now Milstein is called up. Oh - talking about a viewing of Anna Nicole's body. Included Larry B. Good.
That "may" be the only thing that saves her in the end.. Fox said CPS has been inundated with calls about her babies.
I'm thinking I've got a bead on how the judge is going to rule, in conjunction with the guardian ad litem. First, the Judge is going to defer to the Guardian Ad Litem, as I believe the Judge and the Guardian are in cahoots anyhow, and know how each other are thinking, or that the Judge agrees with the direction the Guardian is going in.
Second, I think the Judge will rule that the decision should be the little girl's via the Guardian, based on the statute that applies if the body is not in a funeral home, but instead is still in the medical examiner's office, which makes the applicable statute the one stating next of kin is the decision maker, but doesn't stipulate under the age of 18, like the statute that would apply were Anna Nichole's body in the funeral home instead.
Third, the Guardian is going to be Solomon-like; he will split the difference. He is going to say that the body should be buried in Hollywood, amongst the stars, not in Texas and not in the Bahamas. If Birkhead is found to be the father, which is highly likely (he may already know via back channel investigation that this is true), then as father, and thus custodian of the child, it will be where he lives that the child will be. That is in California, in or about Los Angeles. Thus, when the child grows up, she would be near her mother's gravesite, as will Larry, her father. The mother Virgie, won't be that upset, as Anna Nichole will be back in the U.S., and her grandson will be disinterred and moved from the Bahamas back to CA, so, all will be happy except for Howard Stern, who basically still, in her death, wants to isolate her from everyone but himself. But even Stern can't gripe too much, as when he is not hiding out in the Bahamas, he's from CA too. This is how I see it. We'll soon find out.
What can I say.... he's adorable!
I missed what Milstein's talking about here. What is the purpose of this confidentiality agreement?
I think it is regarding viewing the body.
"I believe the Judge and the Guardian are in cahoots"

I was waiting for Milstein to describe the drapes in the ME office.
What a waste of precious time.
But then I THINK the Judge says he's not going to police this confidentiality order after these court proceedings are over!!!!! Which will be at the end of tomorrow. He said - they have another day and a half to be mute on this subject (meaning the viewing of the body).
On the confidentiality agreement...notice LB glanced over at HK$'s side of the table...just knowing (no doubt) that Marky Steines is going to get another 'sclusive Friday night' from Howie.
