Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
That attorney for Howard making objections is a B*tch.
He's trying to set up HOWARD. Mom was anti drugs. Howard "ordered the drugs" and I believe under a false name for Anna.

I actually don't like the way he is asking these leading questions. Cops are known for being dirty ..at least in the big cities...or perhaps even in the Bahamas. Just because you are a cop...doesn't mean you aren't an abuser, drug addict, perjurer, on the take, etc.... I am not insinuating that is the case with Virgie or even ALL cops.
But just to assume that she is sterling and asking these leading questions and putting words in her mouth is ridiculous.

That's why he did a back up....asking Virgie about her other kids who seem to have turned out pretty good.

The judge is being polite. This is not the same as a trial by jury. He may just reprimand her the next time she makes some stupid objection/comment. It's HIS court!!
Virgie's lawyers are coming across as decent, in comparison to Howar's attorney.
It seems the exhibits are pictures of Virgie and ANS from many years ago.
