Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Some kind of complaint has been filed against the judge.
"he said that he had sex with her, in between her other men"
Why the committment ceremony? Did he commit to letting her continue to have other partners? How does that square with marriage vows: "forsaking all others"?
So - did the autopsy rule in/out that she was pregnant again? Was that question ever raised?
The hospital would have/should have done a drug test on the baby.
I just caught the end of it... I'm not sure.
What if NONE of these guys is the father. Seems she was so out of it most of the time, I bet she didn't remember WHO she slept with.
After her mother is awarded custody of the body, HKS goes postal, and steals the corpse from the Medical Examiner's office. He puts it in a yellow Ryder truck and starts to drive it across country to California, with Rita Cosby along with him for an exclusive.
Steve Wynn offers him $5,000,000 for the corpse, says he wants to display it at the Borgia, instead of another "stupid old Italian painting"..he figures that millions will want to come and see her.
The Ryder van pulls up on the Vegas strip. HKS gets out, and tells the police that surround the van, that he killed Rita Cosby because along about Mississippi, her voice was driving him crazy, so he strangled her, and threw her in the back of the truck with Anna.
He announces that he's going to plead insanity, and says that he will hire Marc Geragos ( BTW..whatever happened to him? ) as his defense atty.
I never heard any talk of possible pregnancy. The official autopsy report should clear up that question.
The judge put Howard on that plane for a reason. Howard doesn't OWN the pilot!! I'll bet the judge woke up in the middle of the night and made the phone call to the pilot etc.. It's called a "brainstorm"!! Beautiful!!!

I know that. That's not what I was saying. Remember that there was talk of switch and bait. Unrealistic?? Yes...but not as far as testing goes.

I once heard there is a baby in Howard Stern's family about the same age that could possibly be used for the Switch.

I guess my thought right now is Howard put this off to let the babies body clean up from "drugs". I'm gonna look up some info on babies and drugs and clean up time.
