Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Birkhead seems pretty certain about paternity. IMHO, they have already done the DNA privately. THAT's why they likely were able to get Anna's DNA also. They had that, too.
Oh, that was my trifecta box pick ... Khristine Eroshevich, who knew every minute of Anna's schedule from the time they got there on Monday.
She said the ice bath was early in the week - either Monday or Tuesday. Then, she finally felt better on Wednesday and they went shopping. Thursday they weren't worried about going to get the boat, because she was sleeping.
I haven't remembered her whole speech in detail or in full and I don't think transcripts from those ET or Insider or Inside Edition segments will *ever* see the light of day, darn it.
Maybe I could find a posting somewhere, where someone else paraphrased it right at the time she said it all. I'll see.
That was UNBELIEVABLE when he said that he had sex with her, in between her other men. I hope he gets what he deserves, which is NOTHING!!
Maybe Anna was scheduled to become "lost at sea," and her early death trumped the perfect means for making her body and all evidence disappear?

HKS is flying back today on the judge's airplane..be neat if he used the opportuniuty to smuggle in a few kilos....
Judge Napolitano said on Fox this morning that the judge has the authority to order DNA tests.
FYI..you don't need the mother's DNA to prove paternity..
It would even be "neater" if the owners of the Bahamian home, and friends of Anna, had privately secured recording devices during their first home visit when they changed the locks. Heh-heh-heh...
I'd love to see Napolitano running this hearing...actually, they should bring Sanders Sauls out of retirement..IMHO, the judge is a PUTZ..

As of yesterday I think the judge is a putz. Last week I liked him.
I wouldn't mind Napolitano conducting this hearing either, especially since he said the the judge could order DNA tests.
The guy on FNC (forget his name) just called Anna's mom "STRANGE."
