Per some posts in related threads, Sutton and AG Gonzales are friends.
If that is true, then it would appear Sutton is getting his cues from Washington.
FoxNews yesterday reported that there is another Border Agent currently under arrest for shooting into a vehicle filled with illegals. The BA reported that the vehicle driver tried to ram him. Three guesses who the prosecutor in this case is? No, not Mike Nifong. No, not Hamilton Burger.
