Yes, I am. At least I can sleep 3-4 hours without waking up. Then, I fall back to sleep and sleep a few more. I can't complain.
My Dr. put me on a high dose of prescription Aleve. If I take if before going to bed, that helps.

Yes, that Rx has made the difference for you!
If you'resleeping for a good stretch, waking up and then going back to sleep, that isn't too bad & normal for gals our age I'm afraid.
Okay, ere, just want to get some things done today. The List!!

Sounds like the way I sleep, first bout for 2, 3 hours, stay awake a couple of hours, fall back to sleep. wake up, average say 5 hours a night, BUT, I take a nap or two during the day.
