Hi Lysie. Thanks for the shout out.

Diet-wise, I never get too far away from eating low-carb. Otherwise I can pack on the pounds in a hurry. But low-carb dieting seems to have diminishing returns for me if you know what I mean.

I joined a health club last July and was pretty faithful until we got busy at work in November and December. Trying to get back into it now, but I'm dealing with bursitis in my right shoulder and that hampers me a little. I have an MRI scheduled for Wednesday morning to figure out what's causing the pain and to see if there's a muscle tear. My work doesn't allow for any rest for my shoulder as I use it all day long.

Oldest daughter is thriving at her college, Lee University. Just loves it.

Middle daughter and I just finished building a roost (if that's the word I want) for our ducks, hoping they'll use it to nest and have lots of babies.

Youngest daughter is getting ready for the spelling bee and recently competed in the geography bee.

My mother had a stroke in November and my father has alzheimers so more things to do to care for them. My dad actually started a fire in their woods today and they had to call the volunteer fire department to put it out. Could have been much worse, but just shows how serious alzheimers can be.

Hope y'all are well. Let me know, eh?

Good to see you, here, Kurt. Prayers for your mom and dad.

I hope there is no muscle tear, Kurt.

Check in when you can.

Off to pick Sarah up at work.
