Hi! Definitely can report no global warming here. High will not reach 30 in the DC area.
To: Chairman_December_19th_Society
Good morning! No global warming here, either. I think it's 11 degrees outside right now.

Just a quick Hi!
Princess Jellybean is due to arrive soon and I need to jump in the shower.
Her pink pop-up castle awaits her.....(I found this really cute vinyl castle with turrets and all at a garage sale!!!!)
...Her new tricycle is a 'go' if the weather warms up....Right now it's COLD for Florida!
I have fish sticks, apples, Goldfish crackers and strawberry icecream...
As my husband left this AM he reminded me...."You're in charge"...LOL
Jellybean, being a typical 2 yr old, somehow thinks SHE'S in charge now :))
Later, Gators....

I am with the general! Get a grip!
I hear all of this whining about how long it's taking from civilians who aren't doing a darn thing with the war! What, are they tired of hearing about it? Then turn off the TV!

GOOD A.M CHAIR, ALL, FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, BRUISED BUT STARTING TO BE PATCHED UP (FINALLY)!!!!
We build, New Orleans gripes. We help each other, they kill each other, what a difference 50 miles makes.
Our weather is going to be near 65 today but suppose to get cold later on in the week, bring er own, we can handle it, we are tough here.
Senator Hegel....what else need saying.
I am learning the older you get the more you relive the past
and it is fun. Funny how you do forget the group you ran around with, the girls you dated and move on to new friends in new towns in new states. You go to your home town now and it just is not the same, the blocks seem shorter than when you were there, the 'picture show' has been torn down, your favorite drive in with the best hamburgers in the world is only a memory, your old girl friend's house is gone or even worse, repainted, time changes everything but I would not change one minute of my life and decisions I made with my life.
BUT, those new friends, somehow it feels like we grew up together, I can provide my own picture of each of you, and gotta say, you are all as pretty as the sun setting at the end of the day.
Better get to work cleaning, sheet changing day today, once a month, sure, right, i change mine every four days (how in the heck did I ever get off on this anyhow) but I do drag in a lot of dirt from the outside, going to pave me a small patio and walk this summer.
All have a good day, a safe one...

Good morning! You put into words what so many of us feel....that the people here are really friends, and not just people on the internet.
I am puttering around today trying to get some odd things done that I have neglected. I am periodically hauling stuff out of the basement workshop to either be used or donated. I can only stay down there a little while because the concrete floors are hard on my knee. (At least that's my excuse.)
I found some stuff I forgot we had. No matter how much stuff I send to Goodwill and the DAV, it seems that I STILL have piles of stuff!

Good morning.
A great political cartoon in one of our papers today: Men standing the pouring rain who complain the weathermen can't predict when it's going to rain but we should believe them what's going to happen in 50 years.

We're leaving this afternoon for Northern VA to see my poppyseed and her kidlings. We will break the trip generously for I am still quite weak. Won't get to our final destination until tomorrow.
The new family is gelling quite well ... even the 2 year-old is intrigued rather than jealous of new sister ... :-)

The General is right. For the rest of the world, Anerica sounds like a bunch of weak kneed cry babies, because of our media and democrats constant harranging about the length of time it's taken to win in Iraq.
